Energy Update – Beginning Of A New Year – Rebirth

Greetings and happy new/now year!

A year has ended, a year of tremendous growth and transformation, radical sudden changes with a lot of valuable lessons and great moments. Now, 2016 is here.

At present time there is a cycle of rebirth that will last as long as the person needs it to last. This is an individual gateway, but it’s inevitably interconnected to the collective consciousness, therefore becoming what I call a “theme.” This theme will build up in intensity until the spring equinox.

What you shone the light on, is now of the past, it’s old. It’s time to put the old, the past to rest. Whatever remnants, residual we still carry needs to be transformed from our fields. During the next moments we will be doing that and we will be accomodating in our newly aquired skin.

Over the past couple of days, I’ve had some overwhelming emotions of frustration, sadness and constantly overthinking last year. What I wanted to do and how life turned out, what I accomplished and what I didn’t, doubting my choices and decisions, then I just started feeling sorry for myself and I was like “Oh, there we go again!.” Silly thing to do, all this overthinking, but I don’t shy away from moments like these, as overthinking means the mind is clogged up and the energy just felt suffocating. Overthinking has its purpose, which I will explain and contrary to popular beliefs, it’s helpful in some ways. Its purpose diminishes when we create or feed the overthinking mind constantly. That’s a no no.

We tend to push these emotions and thoughts away, never really feeling or thinking them, but they are still there. I understand why we have those tendencies, we all want to be happy happy, joy joy, right? But it’s moments like these that are eventually giving us wings. They are to be honoured as part of our current human experience and evolution. We are evolving through them. Mostly, it’s not about “calming the mind,” “shutting down the chatter,” yada yada. It’s about why is it there in the first place? What’s interfering with our harmonious state of being?

Eventually, I sat with myself and felt, reflected and made peace with the past and with everything that happened and did not happen. Not the easiest task, I must say, as I was flooded with emotions, but the most soul rewarding nonetheless. I understood what I needed to integrate, as a wave of clarity swept over me. I also understood that all that frustration, sadness and anxiety just needed to be felt and released to make room for the “new” light. As juvenile as it seems, in the moment I couldn’t help feeling like I’m failing at something, like I’m doing something wrong or have done something wrong. It was clearly not the case, as all is as it’s supposed to be, but part of me felt like it, so it was magnified for me to face it and transform it.

My higher self assured me through visions that I’m fine, that everything that happened was always in alignment with my highest good and everything will be just fine. I know that 99,9% of the time, I integrated that inner heart knowing deeply as it allows me live fearlessly, but the rest of that time I’m like “What’s my life ? And what the hell is going on?” So, it’s always good to receive confirmations. This is the purpose of the chatter, of overthinking mind and overwhelming lower vibrational emotions – to guide us to the root of discomfort, of the deeper, most likely subtle, but very important old programs that need to be brought to light.
This release was followed by a high heart activation, which was strongly felt right on the New Year’s Eve. That was not easy on the chest, but necessary to upgrade and expand that specific heart vortex, strongly connected to the light body.

I’m quite sure many have had similar experiences during this period, so know it’s alright and nothing’s wrong, but the opposite.
The new you is ready to emerge. Let it. It might not always feel pleasant, but most of the time it comes with a sense of renewal, peace, freedom and childlike enthusiasm.

As this new year begins, let’s start it with a refined focus on what’s really important to you and for you. Energy flows where attention goes. Focus was and is still a trying facet for me, with so many distractions and too many things going on on many levels of our existence, but distractions never last long and, eventually, I always get back my focus, thankfully. I found that focus synergizes perfectly with relaxation. I think these are the magical “ingredients” to accomplishing greatness, which everybody is capable of. Relaxation in whichever form is not only healing in essence, it also facilitates the whispers of Spirit to come through more clearly with heightened intuition and wisdom. It is then that the gateway to the Soul Source is most open.

Bottom line is: Things might not always be easy, but do we want them to be easy? Wouldn’t that be minimizing our potential, growth and expansion?

So, let this be a year of complete surrender to what is, of love, peace, freedom, joy and chocolate, lots of chocolate!

And it will be so, because we make it happen.

5 Ways To Maintain Your Body Free Of Toxins

I think we’re all aware by now that some of the things we’ve taken into our body, consciously or unconsciously, weren’t necessarily what our body needed. Our bodies are also shifting from carbon-based to a crystalline-based system, therefore a certain physical purification is necessary as well. Ascension is touching every aspect of ourselves and our lives, the physical is as important as every other aspect, in fact, a very important one.

Our bodies have the intelligent system to detox themselves, but we also have to consciously make sure we use that system at its best, that we maintain an optimum function and a smooth energy flow. Therefore, the fewer the toxins, the better. To facilitate this physical purification I gathered the most simple ways we can do that:

  1. Drink a lot of water, preferably with lemon. – The reasons are obvious and varied, but specifically in terms of detox, the lemon helps re-hydrate the system and promotes digestion, which will help the flow of waste out of your body.
  2. Exercise. – Get up from your sofa and jog for a few minutes, it doesn’t even have to be long, do some stretches, go on a hike or anything that encourages circulation in the blood and lymph system. Even if it’s only 20 minutes a day, or even a week, but try not to let one week pass without exercising. It’s a proven fact that people who exercise regularly have far fewer toxins in their system.   3. Combat Environmental Pollutants. – Pollution and allergens are all around us. They’re in the air and can trigger allergy symptoms (such as yucky, puffy, red eyes). Cut your sugar intake. – Matt Dower, spa director at Mirbeau Inn & Spa in Skaneateles, NY says “If you eat more sugar, you ask your body for more insulin, straining your pancreas and wearing yourself out,” he says. “In the long term, this kind of habit can cause you to become chronically fatigued, diabetic, develop cancer, and pack on excess weight.”

I feel that what’s really important is to find the balance and not overuse sugar or any other things for that matter. It’s like with everything else; if it’s overused, it eventually becomes like a drug, therefore it’s not very beneficial to us. Even the thought that something is unhealthy, is more unhealthy than that something itself. I feel that we tend to imbalance our physical bodies more with dysfunctional thought patterns, than with food, drinks or pollution. In fact, the foods, drinks, pollution from the outer that we consider harmful are creations from the inner, from the unconscious of the collective. They have been created from fear.

What I’m saying is that, I personally feel that in all matters of this kind; food, or drinks, try to maintain a balanced attitude towards it instead of exaggerating with strict diets or anything like that, but again this is a personal reference. I won’t deny the blissful experience of eating a doughnut in it, because it has too much sugar, just saying.

Unlock Your Creativity: Connecting To Our Creative Nature

As we travel the road of Ascension, more and more people will inevitably embrace their creative nature, however that expresses itself for each individual; it could be through dancing, writing, painting, singing, speaking, etc. With this also come challenges, as the world we lived in didn’t really facilitate the flow of creativity. However, this is changing fast. The feminine aspect within each one of us is awakening and becoming stronger, balanced harmoniously by the masculine. From a higher perspective, these two are not only balancing, but are merging into One, which can only lead to harmony in all ways. That is a “side effect” of our merging with the Soul, which I am sure many of you are going through, whether aware or unaware of this process.

This unification is more tangible than ever and it will become clearer to more people due to the “veils thinning”. The universe supports it as well, hence the venusian energy we are going to experience by the end of the month, which brings the goddess aspect, the creative nature at the surface.

This month of July has a great potential for the emergence of any kind of Soul expression, depending on each individual’s creative abilities. It is most important to allow the flow of whatever comes through, to be a clear channel, so I feel like adressing the blockages that we might hold against it. The challenges around Soul expression are inevitable for some, as they were chosen by their own selves to grow through and expand, but the awareness can make the challenge, less challenging. 11701151_10153546135112975_3741302259338589657_n

Common blocks to the flow of creativity are:

Mental Blocks – This can be anything from self-doubt, being too critical of yourself, being a perfectionist to limitating thought patterns such as “I can’t do this, I can’t do anything” etc. The key to releasing mental blocks in most cases is becoming self-observervant. Observe  your thoughts without engaging and alchemize them by connecting to your heart’s deepest truths, which in this case is your unlimited creative potential. Know your heart’s truths, discover your potential and don’t let the mind sabotage you on the way. Have the mind on your side, it can become the greatest ally once you bring presence/awareness into the now.

• Emotional Blocks – This is the emotional resistance such as fear of any kind, unworthiness or even unconscious (or conscious) self-sabotaging, not loving yourself enough to do what you enjoy. Many people do that silly thing unconsciously as there are a lot of self-love related “issues” deeply ingrained in the psyche. However, we have to opportunity this month to change that as Venus retrograde will remind us of the importance and joy of truly loving yourself as you are and all you are. The “ugly” emotions are quite uncomfortable to feel, but feeling is exactly the solution to emotional blocks. The only way up is through. Feel whatever needs to be felt, feel the deepest darkest emotions, as each teach us something and let them go for they served their purpose. At times, these emotions are pointing you towards deeper hidden programming stored in your cellular memory, it could be either from childhood or other lifetimes. Observe and if you feel guided to, go deeper, find the root and transmute it from there once and forever.

Procrastination – This is sometimes a result of supressed emotions that can instill a lethargic state, which is an emotional block that I’ve explained above, but at the same time it could be a matter of lacking motivation and just being lazy. There are many ways you can motivate yourself and get yourself out of the lazy state. This is all depending on the individual to discover the way it works for them and be willing to push themselves out of the procrastination mode. Discovering the Soul’s true passions are most likely to help us become more active.

Old ways of working – We have to find the balance between making a schedule that works for us, organising our time and energy in an effective, practical way and going with the flow. This is again your job to find out how you function best, what your priorities are, organise in a way that you are not overwhelmed and exhausted by everything. At the same time this needs to be balanced by allowing things to unfold on their own, without limiting or resisting the creative flow, but surrender to it, so a certain flexibility is needed. It is you who have to find that balance to be able to apply it in your life.

Focus – At times, with everything going on within and without, it is hard to maintain your focus, so it’s extremely important to sit with yourself when feeling so, take a few deep breaths and get centered, connected, focused and grounded. This is not a block, but it is a challenge. A lot of self-mastery is required to maintain a higher vibration and frequency during “shifty” times and creativity will not flow freely and purely from Source, when your state of being is not aligned with it. Be aware, be observant in the now and shift your focus. Energy flows where attention goes.

Not being prospere – I’m not only referring to money, but abundance in general. I’ve noticed that many times people are not able to express their creativity due to lack of material things or knowledge or any other type of lack. This is another huge block, which requires a longer writing, but basically, we create our own reality. We have to transcend the “poverty consciousness” into abundance consciousness. We have to dissolve any outdated belief system, perception, perspective, programming related to lack. It is a major one for the Collective and it is a process that can’t happen over night as we have so many deeply ingrained social programming in the unconscious. However, July brings this fertile energy with it, the energy of abundance, prosperity. Plant seeds through intentions and allow them to blossom. Energetic Blocks – We have to take responsability for our energy. That implies becoming more aware of energy and mastering it. There are many ways of unblocking “stagnant” energy, one of my favourite one being using the violet flame. You can find a lot of information about that on the website and many other ways to cleanse, transmute, purify, balance etc. You can do some research if you feel guided to.

With all that being said, creativity and the exploration of our creative nature can open pathways for us that we could only dream about until now. Creativity, when flowing freely through as, when we are embodying it and expressing it passionately, is pure joy, it will catapult you into a state of bliss. It is ultimately pure creation. Play. Create. Enjoy!
