Natural Remedies To Cure Anxiety

With all the the changes that are happening on every level, may it be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, anxiety might arise more often and more intense than usual. I’m not saying this might be the case for everyone, but for the ones who are experiencing more anxiety than usual, I’ve done some research and gathered some of the remedies that I feel are more beneficial and effective.

Please note: I feel that anxiety has different branches. If your anxiety levels are high, try to understand what’s causing that anxiety in the first place and let it go.

If you simply feel anxious without knowing why, try these remedies, they will definitely help the body to be rid of anxiety and stress.

These remedies are most helpful on a physical level, as in when the body is integrating and processing certain light codes that are currently coming in, he might feel like he’s overstimulated therefore reacting with impulses we call “aches. ” The light waves coming in might feel overwhelming to the body, because we haven’t been feeling them for eons. They are powerful, but also come in as a fine vibration as well. It’s important to take care of ourselves during times when light codes are coming in more strongly than usual.

This is the list of remedies I’ve gathered to cure anxiety:

  1. Chamomile – According to health.com, if you have a jittery moment, a cuppa chamomile tea might help calm you down. Some compounds in chamomile (Matricaria recutita)bind to the same brain receptors as drugs like Valium.You can also take it as a supplement, typically standardized to contain 1.2% apigenin (an active ingredient), along with dried chamomile flowers. In one study at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, in Philadelphia, patients with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) who took chamomile supplements for eight weeks had a significant decrease in anxiety symptoms compared to patients taking placebo.
  2. St. John’s WortAnxietyuk.org.uk says St John”s Wort (Hypericum perforatum L) has been used as a remedy for nerve disorders for more than 2000 years.  This bushy perennial plant, which has bright yellow flowers, grows wild in many parts of the world including Europe, Asia and the USA.  The petals and leaves of the plant contain a number of unique substances such as hypericin and hyperforin. The herb is a popular herbal medicine for the treatment of low mood, with at least 30 studies on more than 1,700 patients showing that St John”s Wort can be an effective remedy for mild- to-moderate depression without the side effects of more conventional anti-depressants. While it is not clear exactly how St John”s Wort works, it is thought that is helps to prolong the action of serotonin, a brain neurotransmitter, which when deficient can result in low mood.  It also often used for symptoms associated with sleep problems, SAD (seasonal affective disorder) and PMS.
  3. Valerian – Valerian is found growing in North America and Europe and is recognisable from its pinkish flowers that grow from a tuberous rhizome and its distinctive rather unpleasant smell.  Throughout history, Valerian has been used medically to treat nervous anxiety, reduce muscle tension and relieve mild insomnia. Valerian is now widely cultivated for medical use as it contains several unique substances, such as valerenic acid and valeranon that have a relaxant action that is particularly effective in treating stress and anxiety. Valerian is also widely used for sleep problems, particularly sleep disturbances due to anxiety.  Valerian helps to calm the brain and body rather than inducing sleep directly, allowing sleep to occur naturally.  It is often combined with other herbs such as lemon balm and hops, both of which are well known for their calming properties. – See more at: anxietyuk.org.uk
  4. Exercise – Exercise is safe, good for the brain, and a powerful antidote to depression and anxiety, both immediately and in the long term. “If you exercise on a regular basis, you’ll have more self-esteem and feel healthier,” says Drew Ramsey, MD, Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia University, who blogs at www.DrewRamseyMD.com.”One of the major causes of anxiety is worrying about illness and health, and that dissipates when you are fit.”
  5. Yoga and/or Meditation– Regular yoga practice can help you stay calm and relaxed in daily life and can also give you the strength to face events as they come without getting restless. Yoga practice ideally includes the complete package of asanas (body postures), pranayamas (breathing techniques), meditation, and the ancient yoga philosophy, all of which has helped several anxiety patients recover and face life with new positivity and strength.

    Taking your attention to the breath can help free the mind of the unnecessary clutter of thoughts that breed anxiety. Try the following breathing practices:

    • Kapal Bhati Pranayama (Skull-Shining Breathing Technique)
    • Bhastrika Pranayama
    • Nadi Shodhan Pranayama (Alternate Nostril Breathing) – effective in releasing stress from the system (where the exhalation is longer than the inhalation)
    • Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath)

There are a lot more remedies in nature to ease anxiety, but these are the ones I found to be working best.

Ascension Guidance: New Moon In Leo – 14 August 2015

I just wanted to say from the beginning that I am very average in terms of astrology knowledge, so this is not an astrological article. This is more of a “sourcing,” it is simply source/light information that’s being transmitted, as well as a collective energy translation into words. With all that being said, we have a new moon in Leo coming up on the 14th of August.

The energy of this new moon is very potent in terms of getting some clarity on what we really want and what’s best for us, which we will eventually discover it’s the same,  as well as always aligned with the Soul Source and its purpose. It’s all beautifully and divinely orchestrated by you and All you are, which is far beyond what we can even imagine at this point. As always, during new moons, it is always recommended to set clear intentions for the next phase, that will facilitate the creation of what you want in a conscious manner.

It is time to look deeper into your passions and discover what truly drives you, what really makes you happy. As crazy as it is and as impossible as it might look to our limited mind at times, dare to dream it. See it. What is it ? What is it you really want to do, to live, to experience ? Ponder about that in your meditations, in your present moments under the light of this new moon. Look deep. Now read this: You truly are a universal being. You come from the stars and the earth and Source. You, the Soul, are as ancient as times and beyond. Your potential is boundless. You are boundless by nature. You’ve heard this before, but have you really felt this with each and every atom of your being? If so, how can anything be impossible ?

That is what the Leo energy is facilitating – having the courage to follow your deepest Soul passions and desires. Other planets (Venus, Mars) are currently in Leo as well and are amplifying its energy, while adding some extra empowerment, making it more and more difficult to ignore and not follow our deepest passions, so why even try to do that ? The message is: Surrender to the flow, while creating and navigating it. This New Moon aligns with Venus retrograde and it is forming a trine with Uranus, which can help us reflect on the lessons we’ve learned from denying those passions and (hopefully) choosing otherwise this time.

When you truly love yourself, you can only do that – choose that which benefits your highest good. Venus in retrograde is here to show us the aspects of ourselves that are not being loved (if there still are) acknowledge, embrace and love. At the same time, there is some inner child healing as the Leo is the “child” of the zodiac, so for some this might come up as well. Awareness and presence in the now moment is really the biggest step towards healing and transmuting self. Besides that, each and every one of you have the skills and abilities to grow, expand and unify in physicality with the Soul Source and the inner child is an important part of it as it is the pure innocence facet of the Soul.

Simply connecting and embodying more of the inner child archetype characteristics will definitely assist with maintaining a higher vibrational state – a cheerful, playful approach towards the challenges we might experience during these times of great intensity, which can sometimes feel quite uncomfortable. But, we have all the tools to ease the uncomfortable part, one of it being approaching a childlike attitude. Physical symptoms can be eased by simply making sure you’re staying hydrated and listening to the body, that is nurturing it with whatever it needs to integrate smoothly these waves of light coming in and to just function properly.

There is also some purging/purification going on. If feeling unusually emotional, know that it’s normal. Simply observe the emotions and allow yourself to feel and learn what needs to be learned from them. Grow through those emotions, as you release them from your field and transform them. The same process goes for thoughts. Declutter. Detox. Let go of what no longer serves you anymore.

During the next few moments, many of our habits will change, as we deepen into the Soul Source unification process, we might lose interest in doing  things we used to do and embrace new habits that are more aligned with the Soul (e.g: eating more organic) This is a natural process, so just allow it to unfold and flow with the changes. Embrace the changes as they are all aligned with your highest good – if you so intend it. When you intend it, you create it. Happy New Moon !

5 Herbal Remedies For Natural Pain Relief

With all the body changes we are currently undergoing, it is quite difficult to avoid the uncomfortable part of it, which is the body pains, migraines and other uncomfortable ” ascension symptoms “.

Many of these uncomfortable symptoms can be a result of dehydration, which is why it is important for us to make sure we are well hydrated at all times. If the symptoms continue, here are a few natural herbal remedies that you can use to relief pain:

1. Feverfew – This herb is perfect to treat fever, migraines, irregular menstrual periods, arthritis, a skin disorder called psioriasis, allergies, asthma and also nausea. It can also be applied directly to the gums for toothaches or to the skin to kill germs.

2. Ginger – It is one of the best most effective natural remedies you can use for muscle pain, joint pain, chest pain, low back pain and also pain that comes from bronchitis, cough, arthritis and menstrual pain.  It has numerous therapeutic properties such as antioxidant effects and anti-inflammatory effects. It is also used to treat stomach issues such as motion sickness, morning sickness, colic, upset stomach, gas, diarrhea and nausea.

3. Tumeric – It is used to treat heartburns and arthritis as well as stomach pain, diarrhea, intestinal gas, stomachbloating, loss of appetite, jaundice, liver problems and gallbladder disorders. People also use turmeric directly on the skin for pain, ringworm, bruising, leech bites, eye infections, inflammatory skin conditions, soreness inside of the mouth and infected wounds.

4. Capsaicin – With all the heart activations, expansions and upgrades and solar flares we’ve been experiencing lately, capsaicin ( also called the chilli pepper) is the perfect herb to have in your house as it is used for conditions of the heart and blood vessels including poor circulation, excessive blood clotting, high cholesterol and preventing heart disease. Other uses of the chilli pepper are relief of toothache, seasickness, alcoholism, malaria and fever. It is also used to help people who have difficulty swallowing. Some people put capsicum inside the nose to treat hay fever, migraine, headache, cluster headache, and sinus infections (sinusitis).

5. Devil’s Claw – This herb contains chemicals that might decrease inflammation and swelling and resulting pain. That’s why it is used for hardening of the arteries, gout, muscle pain, back pain, tendonitis, chest pain, gastrointestinal (GI) upset or heart burn, fever and headache. It is also used for difficulties in childbirth, menstrual problems, allergic reactions and loss of appetite. 

Sometimes when your body has pains, it could be that it is trying to bring something into your awareness, it is trying to show you the areas that need to be nurtured more and paid attention to. Most diseases come from an energy level, a more subtle level, so if you pay attention to the signs your body is showing you, you can transform the energy and heal yourself before it manifests as a disease in your physical body.

However, at the same time, these intense waves of light that are incoming and that we’re integrating within our beingness can be quite hard on the body, so at times all you can do is just find ways to soothe the pains until it passes, which is why I wanted to write about modalities to relief pain. Use your own intuition/guidance system/heart feeling to discern what is the reason behind your pain.

Instead, we are merely stating that your consciousness has its primary focus on the physical reality of the third/fourth dimensions, whereas our consciousness has it primary focus on the formless dimensions of the eight through tenth dimension. In both cases, it is not a matter of deserving or rank. It is, instead, a matter of choice.

25 Strange “Symptoms” People Are Experiencing Worldwide

Many people from all walks of life have been reaching out to me with questions and complaints about strange “symptoms” they’ve been experiencing on and off, sometimes feeling like they are “losing their minds”. The “symptoms” usually go on for a couple of weeks at a time and then subside, re-occurring again in correlation with cosmic and solar activity and people’s individual readiness to move to the next level.

Solar_Eclipse1-320x190March of 2015 has been exceptional in that regard with the weeks of March 4th and March 16th being especially potent… Massive energetic adjustments are taking place globally; Planet Earth is going through a shift. Intensified solar activity is influencing magnetic field of the Earth and of every one of us individually. We had New Moon and total Solar Eclipse on the day of Spring Equinox March 20th a cosmic event which in itself is strong enough to trigger reactions in people sensitive to energy.

Below is the list of “symptoms” I myself and majority of my friends and clients have been and are presently experiencing, many reporting exact same phenomenon.

1. Sugar/chocolate cravings

Personally I hardly ever get these as I do not have much of a sweet tooth, it was rather odd to have such nearly overpowering “need” for chocolate and sweets that came and went in waves.

2. Unfamiliar eating patterns

Loss of appetite, sudden quickly passing cravings and inability to figure out what you want to eat. Cravings for lighter high-vibrational raw foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, being turned off by the smell and even the thought of any meat and fish products. I am not a vegetarian and I normally know exactly what it is I want to eat, so experiencing this was rather strange.

3. Weird sleep patterns, strong need for extra sleep and naps

Passing out and waking up at strange hours, needing extra-long sleep time, needing naps, none of which I usually do.

4. Pressure, pain, swirling and drilling sensations around solar plexus area
5. Pressure, swirling and drilling sensations around the head

Especially around the third eye and on top of the brain underneath the scull, as if something is working directly on the brain, all of the above resulting in headaches.

6. Headaches

Headaches occurring after the “drilling” sensations and passing when I drop resistance and meditate on embracing and integrating the upgrades

7. Hearing strange sounds

People are reporting hearing the same kind of buzzing “metallic/mechanical” yet somehow really pleasant “otherworldly” sounds and also a hum that reminds them of “sounds of the spheres”.

8. Heightened sensitivity and awareness of everything around

Remember that movie “Lucy”? Something between 20% and 28%

9.Intensified senses, especially the sense of smell

My sense of smell became so strong during night time hours that all of a sudden with my eyes closed I can smell every object in my room

10. Technology malfunctions when you come near it or touch it

Lights flickering, Internet going out, cell phone shutting down or dropping calls, computer crashing, etc. My cell phone showed time as “3:11AM Jan 6” when it was 8:11AM March 16.

11. Awareness of the waves that technology produces

I normally don’t feel those so clearly, but one night I forgot to turn off my cell phone and when I woke up to do my meditation, although I wasn’t consciously aware of my phone being on, I vividly felt the waves in the room and their interference with my entering meditative state.

12. Being out of focus as if being inside a movie, especially during motion

Sensation like being inside a movie and watching the road and everything around you “on screen” while walking or driving

13. Body out of coordination, loss of balance

Normally I’m pretty well-coordinated, been tripping over everything during that time

14. Quickly passing constant waves of intense conflicting and overlapping emotions

Do I want to laugh, cry, jump with joy or be upset about something all at the same time all day long?! And what is it I am actually feeling anyway?! This one has been especially uncomfortable for people.

15. Enhanced ADD-like symptoms

Officially I don’t have ADD but for about a week it felt like I did. This translated into inability to focus on one subject, an avalanche of thoughts flooding my mind all at the same time, pulling my attention in a million different directions all at once.

16. Interruption of the flow

Inability to focus or decide on what you want to do. Normally I know EXACTLY what I want to do and what feels right at every given moment. In this case it’s like your inner “GPS” is confused.

17. Strange, unfamiliar sensations in the body

Body becoming aware of something it didn’t know nor felt before. I’m still translating this one.

18. Extra-fast healing of the body

Cuts, bruises, allergies, hives, etc. – all disappearing at incredible speed. What used to take a week to heal now takes about a day, bruises fading away almost instantly, cuts closing up, cold symptoms barely-noticeable and passing in a day or two.

19. Sudden waves of chills, goose-bumps
20. Heightened synchronicities
21. Instant manifesting of thoughts into “reality”

It is being shown to us that now more than ever before the Universe is listening to every word we are saying, every emotion we are experiencing, and turning all of it into near-instant manifestations. The stories of manifestations – both “good” and “bad” – I hear from my clients and friends and am observing in my own life are really “out there” at this time.

22. Intensified visuals in meditations

My meditative practice has become exceptionally rich with visuals, presence and multi-dimensional awareness

23. Time lapses and dilation, loss of sense of time

Being able to observe “in real life” how flexible time really is.

24. Unmistakable awareness and “symptoms” of shifting timelines

This is a really “out there” one, so I’d save it for another article.

25. Re-evaluation of your individual truth

We are in the time when everything that is out of alignment with our true selves is coming up for review so powerfully it can no longer be ignored. Many people are releasing their Karmic and emotional agreements, re-evaluating their beliefs and their choices in relationships, jobs, lives and moving out of what no longer serves them in this incarnation and in this NOW.

This is what I have gathered from people around me and have been experiencing myself. Having one or two or just a few of these symptoms can be easy on the system and might even go unnoticed, but if you are simultaneously experiencing all of the above (and possibly more) it sure could get overwhelming. Take a deep breath and remember that you are not going crazy and that you definitely are not alone in this!!!

Powerful energetic adjustments we are going through collectively as a species are triggering “strange” symptoms: your physical form, your every cell doing its best to cope with and to receive the upgrades, that’s all!

212925748-320x190Stay calm and curious, remain positive and also excited! Meditate to embrace the new energy and in your everyday life look for “proof” of your new “paranormal” abilities. Drink lots of water, get plenty of sleep, eat light high-vibrational foods, do not overeat, ground, exercise, do yoga, swim, sit with the fire, sunbathe and sungaze, rest and be kind to yourself! This phase is a part of our planet’s (and thus our own) evolution and lots of positive changes are on the way! It will pass leaving you with new abilities, expanded awareness and lots of other amazing multidimensional gifts! Rejoice!!!
