Introduction To December’s Energies

Greetings!

We have an intense month ahead, abundant in opportunities, initations and revelations. This December monthly cycle is perhaps the most complex and holds a tremendous potential for change, unexpected turns and twists.

In December, it’s most important to truly learn how to go with the flow, how to be fully present. As cliche as it may sound, this state of free flow and presence hold the key to many precious vaults. More specifically, this month, the energies of the many gateways and astrological events are supporting the download of light/information for the next phase. Therefore, in order to be receptive to this new information related to the next steps of our journey we need presence/awareness and in order for the next steps to manifest smoothly and effortlessly we need to be in the flow of life, of creation.

December’s energies support the strengthening of these self-mastery aspects specifically. We don’t always see the bigger picture, we don’t always see what’s ahead of us, we don’t always understand why something is happening, or why things turn out differently than we previously thought, but rest assured that everything happens in divine orchestration and eventhough things might not make sense now, they will later.  Everything clicks eventually and we see why things needed to happen as they did if we reflect a moment on it.

Thing is everything is being revealed to us when we are ready for it, individually and collectively at the perfect time. We don’t need to know every detail, we need to just be and live. Truly live. Truly living means bringing love and light to every facet of our existence through our beingness. As simple as that. The rest follows. Actions will be taken based on that. And when we live through the richness of our hearts, we will simply know the steps that need to be taken, the right steps always make the skin get chills, mind be peaceful, spirit dance and soul rejoice.

Moreover, the December energies support the physical manifestation of this new phase through its embodiment first. Know that in December, and not only, but more so in December, we have the “Midas touch.” Whatever we touch, turns into gold. As in while we’re getting ready for a certain completion of what we’ve worked on so far this year, new projects might show up for next year. There might be sudden changes and twists within-without, as I’ve said. Flow.

For some things might appear to be stagnant, but they aren’t. Sometimes there is a time for action and sometimes a time for stillness. In any case, through all this intensity, make sure you take at least a few moments to process, reflect and rebalance if you are guided to do so. Being present in the now should be enough to be able to do so, but things can get so chaotic sometimes that we need to just stop and reorganise. “I’m all over the place,” is heard often when we don’t take time to be with ourselves for a few moments. Scattered energy can get us confused, unfocused and feeling “lost.” To avoid such inconveniences, simply breathe and be with yourself.

Challenges of all sorts might arise. They are not meant to bring you pain or anything near that, but the opposite. They are meant to either test, direct you further on your path or strengthen your relationship with your Self. Challenges bring growth and wisdom through experience, they are a form of initiation into higher states and know that when they arise, they serve a greater purpose. They are, we could say, necessary for the moment. Through observation we can gain a lot of wisdom.

Another thing I feel compelled to write in this piece of awareness is cultivating patience. God did not create the world in 7 days, duh. Sometimes, we tend to get really impatient when things don’t turn out when we want them to and the way we want them to and trust me, I get it. However, even if things don’t happen when or how we want them to, they happen at the right time, the way that fits us best. It’s a universal orchestration. We feel that way when we are not being fully present, because when we are fully present we don’t really care about the “hows” and the “whens,” we’re too busy enjoying whatever is in the moment. We surrender to whatever is. Easier said than done, but practice makes the master. Not to confuse patience with passivity. Heart felt actions still need to be taken, but what I’m saying is use your creator abilities, surrender and allow creation to occur. Let it go and let it be. This is the “formula” to an abundance of miracles and joyful experiences.

On a more “technical” side, we might need a lot of time to rest as our Light bodies are expanding once again to a certain degree merging more with our physical vessel. In order to be ready for the next phase, we have to activate more of our DNA. Consider this a preparation. The incoming light gateways will facilitate this activation process as well as releasing any old deep remnants of illusion we might still carry. I see it as thick fog around our fields, clouding vision and blocking that process to occur. Any sort of resistance must be surrendered and the energies are, sort of, pushing us to do so.

Of course, there is a lot more to be talked about in terms of current energy forecast, but I tried to take the most important aspects of the collective energy and sum it up as best as I could. More will be published soon. Happy December!

How To Function Properly In A World Of Duality

It’s been brought into my awareness more and more the topic of being a higher vibrational being in a world of Illusion and functioning  properly in it, that many have a hard time doing that, hence a sense of escapism, a sense of ignoring their humanness and experience arises, especially in the now moments we live in, with Mercury going retrograde and with the collective transforming a great deal of the duality within, it might be even more challenging, which is why I feel guided to give my insight on it.

The collective alchemical process  is constant and will only strengthen in intensity. This is great news, more miraculous changes within/without are coming. Also, it doesn’t mean we are becoming something more than who we are now. It means that there are many expressions of our Soul that we have created in order to experience duality and now we are returning to our innate state of being, our true nature, the original blueprint of the divine human. It means we are transcending that which is less authentic. Our DNA is shifting, activating. This is the return to innocence/purity.
I am also aware that it might seem like the opposite at times –  uncomfortable and many might have a tough time in many aspects of their daily life. Maintaining our balance and focus on what truly matters to us and what you want to create can be challenging, as so many distractions are there to  divert you from your path. I’m not speaking in a conspiracy theory kind of way, it’s simply that the physical world as we knew it until now has been shaped for us to experience illusion, therefore a lot of creations are there to shift your focus on the outer instead of inner – > outer. We created it that way, in fact. As within, so without.

Many have already jumped on the bridge to the New Earth, more are to come, yet we cannot deny or ignore that our current physical collective reality is still based on dualistic outdated programs. The bridge I am talking about is the portal within through which we access the New Earth and start bringing it to fruition, in physical manifestation. We are already doing it, but we still have a foot in the old one, so to say. It is a process, it is also part of our training and our purpose as pioneers and as masters of polarity, to be able to jump through realities, dimensions and act as pillars of light/human bridges through it all. With all that being said, I have created a few key points to have in mind in order to function properly as a light being in a world of duality:

  1. Awareness/Presence – Emotions, thought patterns, situations and challenges might arise. Your awareness is the main tool to see what these challenges are trying to show you, which usually are there to facilitate your growth and expansion in whatever way, shape or form. That awareness will ensure the transcendence and transformation into higher vibrational states of being, which includes feelings and higher mind thoughts and more Soul-aligned experiences. Practice your discernment by learning to recognize that which is more aligned with the Soul in the Now, and be open and flexible with it, as it might change. It usually does.
  2. Cultivate your own connection to the divine, to your own guidance system and to your own truth. Walk it, be it, devote yourself to holding your own truth within yourself, in your daily life, in every moment. Become an embodiment of your own truth and again, it’s most recommended to stay open and flexible with it.
  3. Embrace your humanness, fully. There is no coincidence that you are a human, that you chose to experience life on earth and everything that’s coming with this experience. There is no separation between Soul/Spirit/Source/Human, there is no separation whatsoever.  There’s this annoying twisted little perception floating around that being human is not good enough, or “spiritual” enough and that sets people on a constant endless loop of seeking spirituality outside of self, teachings, information, practices etc. which pretty much shows some deeply ingrained programming, but we must go beyond that. I’m not saying this seeking is right or wrong, choices are respected, growth is honoured and experienced, but what I’m trying to point out is that Soul-Spirit-Source-Human is all naturally interconnected. What many are seeking is simply the awareness of that truth, of the connection and the integration of it in our human embodiment in the now moment.
  4. Detach with compassion from the illusions that are being played out. – It’s all choice. It’s all experience. Drama passes, let it pass, don’t engage in it. Easier said than done, I hear you, but when you see it for what it really is, it dissolves, or at least it dissolves the effect it might have had on you until now, therefore you don’t react to it anymore, your respond with compassion. Compassionate detachment is not selfish at all, you are of greater service to others and to certain situations, when you respond to it from a place of love and compassion, instead of reacting to it with fear, or engaging in it with more drama, giving it more of your energy. It’s such a waste, when your energy could be used to create more of that which you want, than that which you don’t. We must learn to cultivate our energy and become more and more aware of how we use it. Energy flows where attention goes.
  5. Don’t take things too seriously, ever. We don’t see the bigger picture in the moment sometimes, we get caught up in all this seriousness and forget to lay back and have a laugh. Embracing a more chilled attitude in general is a great factor to you being able to have fun on the Earth rollercoaster ride. Life here is full of humour, there is humour in every situation and if there isn’t, well, you can create it, pour some sarcasm in it and you have the magic potion to navigating through some “dark nights of the Soul” moments. Alert: You might have some awkward bursts of laughter at yourself or your own thoughts and you might think you’re going mad, but you’re not going mad, you are already. It’s okay though, we’re all mad here, some just get better at hiding it. I’m kind of kidding, but not really.
  6. Be honest with yourself always. We tend to have a hard time admitting things to ourselves, facing certain things about ourselves that haven’t yet been embraced and accepted, or in our relationships with others, or in different situations. But, we can’t become our most authentic self if we are not being honest with ourselves, or others for that matter.
  7. Be in the Now. – For countless reasons, that I have probably bored everyone with by now. In this particular topic, living in the now ensures that you are functioning properly, all creations are in the Now, highest states of being are in the Now, it’s all in the Now.
  8. Let yourself be a conduit of pure love. – When you do that, every single action, thought, feeling etc. comes from a place of love, you become love, you return to love, your whole existence is love.
  9. Don’t expect others to understand you. – People are at different “levels” of awareness at this point, going through certain things, each on their journey. Don’t expect people to understand you too much, many will not and there are many perceptions and many perspective and people tend to be fixated on their own only. This might bring some feeling of aloneness, if you experience such look deep within and feel your connection to the All.

At the end of the day, the world of duality taught us many things – most importantly, how can we know true joy if we don’t know the opposite of it and how can we experience heaven if we don’t transmute that which is less than joy ?

That is Mercury in retrograde’s purpose. It is pushing us to live from a place of joy and surrender and it takes practice to do so. Empower yourself enough to practice. Practice makes the master.

Navigating Through The September Intensity With Grace

It’s obvious by now that September is quite an intense month. We can all feel it and many talk about it. As usual, during intense moments like these, some people will flip out, some will panic and go into fear, some will be very confused and will be thrown off balance. We all have those moments. Our balance is being challenged, in order to eventually integrate a higher state of balance. It’s all normal, whatever normal is.

I see September’s energy moving in eddies, like a whirl of energy flowing through All and everything, changing things from the most subtle levels. This movement in eddies, this whirl is not to be feared at all, on the contrary. It’s swooping everybody off their feet, cleansing the energies, making room for the Soul Source to merge with our current human beingness, therefore deepening the harmonious balance within. These eddies, they come in gently, but raw, stripping the layers of illusion off. This is truly a time for celebration for many are coming ” home. “

It might look like the opposite, there won’t be rainbows, butterflies and sunshine all the time, sometimes it’s muddy and cloudy, but there is beauty and blessings hiding in those dark clouds and muddy waters as well, there always is. Reflect upon that for a few moments and see examples in your own life where blessings were expressed, but you could not really see them for what they really are in the moment. And even in those moments, when your sight was clouded by your mind, the feeling in your heart was crystal clear, wasn’t it so ?

You might have not paid too much attention to it though, the mind was too busy judging experiences from a positive and negative dualistic perception and reacting to that judgement with fear and anxiety, but the feeling was still there, waiting for the mind to calm down, in order for you to become aware of it, in order to provide you with the answers of your questions, the wisdom of the heart.

The feeling is neutral, it embraces each experience for what it is. The feeling can see deeper than that experience, it sees through it. It’s transparent, very simple yet so complex. A feeling in one moment can tell you more than ten thousand thoughts and words.

Your feeling is your best navigator, your best guide. In times of great change, we have to take time to sit still in the mind and dig deeper in the feeling, for the truth of the situation we are experiencing. There’s a Universe that lies within each of us, but can only be accessed through the portal of the Heart.

Change is here. Big changes. It’s extremely important to see these changes from the perspective of the higher mind, which is what naturally happens when we walk through the portal of the heart, our thinking patterns align with our heart’s wisdom, they connect and merge/unify. That involves seeing the bigger picture and trust me, I get it, in the moment it’s very damn hard to see the bigger picture, but reminders are everywhere, you are powerful master, creator and creation and support is always given. It’s only a matter of presence/awareness and learning to recognize it. Practice.

Observe how you respond or react to changes. You can choose to react to them, which implies going into fear, panicking and resisting the changes, unnecessarily causing yourself a great amount of frustration, sadness, irrational thinking patterns and energy blockages or you can choose in every moment to flow through the changes, allow them to occur and adopt a surrendering state of being. With all that being said, bear in mind that all changes, literally all of them, benefit you and your highest good in every moment. All changes, no matter how they look in the moment, bring with them the highest outcome there can be in every moment, chosen and created by you.

The surrendering state I am talking about is not the same as being passive, but the opposite. A true master who is embodying the art of surrendering knows that to surrender is to create and navigate the flow and they know to move with the energies at play. As always, practice makes the master. It is the case of mastering surrendering as well. It involves dissolving the limitations of the “smaller” self, not because there is anything wrong with the small self (ego self), it is an expression of the Soul.  It’s all Soul at the end of the day. From a higher perspective, it is only a matter of choice and what we want to experience, embody and align with.

The small self dissolves and we transcend in the Presence of the Soul. That is because the role of the small self has come to an end. It taught us the things we needed and wanted to learn, we are grateful for the experience of it, but move forward on the path of the Soul. And the next step is expansion through transformation, self-mastery, unification of all we are – fully connecting and embodying our universal and galactic nature and all that really means , however it expresses in everybody’s lives. It is one of the most delightful, soul fulfilling experiences we can have and truly living in the moment, living the ascension, is the greatest gift we can give ourselves.

Ungrounded Energy: A Widespread Issue

This is an amazing writing I found about the importance of being fully grounding ourselves in our bodies and in the planet. It provides us with some very practical and simple exercises we can do to make sure we are grounded properly in the present moment. As always, use your discernment, your inner guidance and take only what resonates:

” It used to be common knowledge in consciousness circles that a person needed to be grounded both energetically and physically.  People would talk about what foods helped them feel the most grounded, how spending time in nature helped them ground their meditative experiences and so on.  However, I have noticed a trend in the last few years where people are getting very ungrounded, and are even encouraging others to engage “spiritual” practices that are very ungrounding.  (Spell check says “ungrounding” is not a word, but I say that it is.  icon smile Ungrounded Energy, A Widespread Issue )

Two of the adverse consequences of being ungrounded are that it can cause a person to be too easily swayed by the opinions of others, as well as be fooled by any of the many deceptions in our world.   These are reason enough to put a consistent, daily focus on being fully present in your body and powerfully grounded to Earth’s core.  I could go on and on about the pitfalls and dangers of being spacey, ungrounded, partially out of body, etc but I will leave that aside in the interests of keeping this article short.

First, Get Into Your Body! 

Many people are chronically partially out of their body due to a variety of conditions, some of which include: unhealed past physical or emotional traumas, living out of contact with the earth (cities, apartments, etc), doing “out of body” meditations,excessive daydreaming, unwillingness to confront the darker aspects of the subconscious mind, excessive use of alcohol or other drugs, over-consumption of television and other forms of digital entertainment, too much “cleansing” / calorie-restrictive dieting, and more.

The “Higher Self Meditation” in the Self-Clearing System puts a focus on bringing your own Inner Light back down into your body because most people are literally floating above themselves energetically.  A repeated focus on seating your energy in your heart center helps you to be truly IN your body.  Keep in mind that the “Higher” Self is only deemed that because so much of our Sovereign Self is floating above the body instead of residing within it.

Being fully present in the body can take a while, depending on how habitually disconnected and ungrounded a person has been in their life.  Centering our energy in our heart center is the first, most basic step to restoring our full presence in the body, so that we can then get grounded.

Get Your Feet On the Ground

Even if you live in a dense urban environment, there will be parks and other places where some nature still exists.  Seek out those places and put your bare feet onto the grass, dirt, sand, etc.  While you’re there with your feet on the ground, do the simple grounding meditation below and walk around for a bit.

This one is so simple that many people totally overlook it, or they prefer to plug in a “grounding pad” and call it a day.  I have nothing against grounding (aka “earthing”) devices, but they cannot replace the value of being barefoot on the ground.  Swimming in natural bodies of water, walking barefoot on the beach and hiking in natural settings are also good ways to directly, energetically connect to the earth.  If you are hiking in boots, stop often and touch a tree or plant with your bare hands.

Connect Your Heart to the Heart of the Planet

Through the process of energetically connecting our heart to the heart of the planet, we get deeply grounded in a very powerful, stable way.  To me, this is the most potent form of grounding, although it works best when used in conjunction with the above steps.  However, don’t let the fact that you are in a high rise building, or that it is too cold outside to put your bare feet on the ground stop you from doing the simple process described below.  It can be done anywhere, even if you are flying in an airplane.

Before we get to the process, I want to mention the curving energy lines used here.  While it is more simple to visualize a straight line of energy, I have learned that curving lines of energy are more natural and more aligned with our foundational reality as Sovereign extensions of Source than straight lines of energy, which tend to be more mechanistic and synthetic.

Again, I could go on at length here, but I will keep it brief and use a picture to serve as a visual aid for this concept.

My Simple, Daily Grounding Focus. 

 Close your eyes and take some slow, deep breaths.  Center yourself in the present moment.

 Focus on your heart and visualize the energy of your Sovereign Inner Self growing large and bright.

 Send a beam of gently curving energy out of the left side of your chest that goes downward into the earth.

 Visualize this energy gently curving in a long elliptical arc, eventually connecting into the left side of Earth’s core.

 As you make this connection to Earth’s core, mentally (or out loud) say to the Earth, “Hello and thank you for supporting my human experience.”  (It can be anything with heartfelt gratitude.)

 Visualize another curving line of energy emanating from the right side of Earth’s core, gently curving up to eventually connect into the right side of your chest.

 Spend a few moments enjoying the feeling of connecting and synchronizing your heart center to the heart of the planet.

 State your intention to keep yourself fully, deeply grounded and connected into Earth’s core.

 Open your eyes and go on about the rest of your day in this deeply grounded state.

I highly recommend that you repeat this several times during the day whenever you have a spare moment.  It only takes a couple of minutes, and with practice over time you will be able to maintain this connection throughout your day.  Even if you are 20 stories up off the ground in an apartment or office building, you can still do this simple process.  In fact, it is even more important to do so in that type of environment than if you’re a woodland hobbit kind of person like me.

Grounding Physical Exercises

Ideally, when you are walking, standing or sitting barefoot on the grass (and after you have connected your heart center to the heart of the planet), you can do some physical exercise that will help you get more connected to your body.  Again though, if you can’t be in direct contact with the ground, you can still do some grounding physical exercise. This can be just about anything that you like to do, provided that it does not make you feel “spacey” or too light-headed. 

For example, those who are familiar with a set of exercises called the “Five Rites” could do those movements, but I strongly recommend that you omit the first spinning movement, at least for a while.  This is because spinning can create a spacey, out of body feeling, especially in a person that is already ungrounded.  Do the other exercises first for a while, then slowly, very slowly, add in a little bit of spinning.  Just make sure to ground yourself after the spinning portion, and if it takes too long, do less spinning (or none) next time.

If you are into yoga, do a combination of easy and mildly-challenging movements, but omit any extended pranayama at first, for the same reasons as omitting the spinning.  If you are not into any of the above, just do some planks,  push-ups, bodyweight squats, go hiking, or anything else you enjoy doing, making sure that you stay within your body’s limitations.  Pushing the body too hard while exercise can alsobe ungrounding, so if you feel your body asking for a rest, then rest!  icon smile Ungrounded Energy, A Widespread Issue

A Grounding Diet

While I don’t think a “perfect diet for all humans” actually exists, I have found that incorporating organic root vegetables and organic greens into a calorie-dense diet can help with efforts to get fully into the body and be grounded.  The root vegetables are pretty self-explanatory, they grow underneath the ground, and they help pass along some of that groundedness to us when we eat them.

Greens are grounding due to their mineral content, but I must stress the importance of combining root vegetables and greens with calorie-dense foods.  Any type of caloric restriction can be very ungrounding for a person, even when the diet is high in micronutrients, so it is important to have both micronutrient density and caloric density in one’s diet.

This means eating things like rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes (hey, those are root vegetables, too!), avocados, eggs, coconut oil, butter, other dairy products and (real) honey regularly.  It can even mean having some ice cream once in a while (yay!).  Organic is always preferable, but don’t stress out over having a perfect diet, as that stress is worse than eating non-organic food.

Also, put as much (natural) salt on your food as you want.  Salt could take up a whole article on its own, but the short version is that natural, minimally processed salt is good for you, so don’t restrict it. (Himalayan salt, Redmond “Real” salt, Celtic sea salt, etc.)

Just for clarity:  Please do NOT just eat root vegetables and greens, because you will not have enough caloric density to support a strong metabolism, and you will end up ungrounded, hungry and feeling cold all the time without sufficient calories.  For those of you who eat meat, try to get organic / grass-fed whenever possible.  Those of you who don’t eat meat will need to make sure you are getting plenty of calories from other sources.

Awareness is the Key

The main key to being energetically present in your body and grounded is awareness and being conscious of how you feel as you move through life.  These are a few indicators that you are not fully present in your body and ungrounded:  Feeling spacey, difficulty focusing on one task, easily losing track of conversations when others are talking, misplacing your keys/phone/spouse/child/dog/etc, poor coordination, forgetting something that happened just moments ago, etc.

If you notice any of those things happening, or anything else specific to you that you know is an indication of being unpresent / ungrounded, get tuned into your Sovereign Self via your heart center and connect your heart to the planet’s heart via the simple process above.

If you can incorporate the physical grounding practices into your daily life as much as possible and do your energetic grounding work, you will notice many positive benefits including an increase in your capacity for holding and utilizing energy in your body. This will allow you to do more intense types of energy-work without getting ungrounded in the process.
