Channeled Guided Meditation: Self-Healing – Recalibration

” The recent events have definitely changed many things and we are just catching up with it. They left many confused, feeling lost and a bit scattered. I want to assure you, you are not the only one feeling the way I described. In fact, it’s quite normal and natural, yet it’s important not to get stuck in that place. I am saying it’s normal, because the recent gateways have accomplished their purpose in shifting many aspects of our current human life individually and collectively. Therefore, we are in a recalibration process and in most cases we are experiencing a change of direction, in terms of Soul purpose and not only. Consider this a “side effect” of the big transformations we’ve been experiencing.

While we are in this recalibration mode, things might not go as planned at all, in fact, things can get very chaotic, with unexpected plot twists and very profound changes on the inner and outer planes as well. If things do not go as planned, let them. You are not doing anything wrong, you are not failing, but the opposite. The energy is simply supporting the highest outcome of all, therefore what doesn’t serve the highest good will crumble and it might go down messy too. “

” When I spoke of recalibration I was talking about our light bodies as well, we are literally bringing more light within, we are recalibrating it as in balancing, integrating and anchoring it within us, and inevitably into the planet.

However, this does not happen over night, it’s a process and it requires a nurturing and nourishing attitude towards our bodies, ourselves in general.

Make sure you take time to sit with yourself daily if you feel guided to so do. I feel it’s very important for many to do so during the recalibration mode. “

5 Ways To Maintain Your Body Free Of Toxins

I think we’re all aware by now that some of the things we’ve taken into our body, consciously or unconsciously, weren’t necessarily what our body needed. Our bodies are also shifting from carbon-based to a crystalline-based system, therefore a certain physical purification is necessary as well. Ascension is touching every aspect of ourselves and our lives, the physical is as important as every other aspect, in fact, a very important one.

Our bodies have the intelligent system to detox themselves, but we also have to consciously make sure we use that system at its best, that we maintain an optimum function and a smooth energy flow. Therefore, the fewer the toxins, the better. To facilitate this physical purification I gathered the most simple ways we can do that:

  1. Drink a lot of water, preferably with lemon. – The reasons are obvious and varied, but specifically in terms of detox, the lemon helps re-hydrate the system and promotes digestion, which will help the flow of waste out of your body.
  2. Exercise. – Get up from your sofa and jog for a few minutes, it doesn’t even have to be long, do some stretches, go on a hike or anything that encourages circulation in the blood and lymph system. Even if it’s only 20 minutes a day, or even a week, but try not to let one week pass without exercising. It’s a proven fact that people who exercise regularly have far fewer toxins in their system.   3. Combat Environmental Pollutants. – Pollution and allergens are all around us. They’re in the air and can trigger allergy symptoms (such as yucky, puffy, red eyes). Doing so can eliminate the side effects of air pollutants and lead to better breathing naturally.Ear, nose, and throat surgeons recommend nasal irrigation for their patients who’ve undergone sinus surgery, to clear away crusting in the nasal passages. Many patients with chronic sinus symptoms from bacterial infections, allergies, and environmental irritants also regularly use the Neti pot or other nasal irrigation devices, claiming that these devices alleviate congestion, facial pain and pressure, and reduce the need for antibiotics and nasal sprays.   5. Cut your sugar intake. – Matt Dower, spa director at Mirbeau Inn & Spa in Skaneateles, NY says “If you eat more sugar, you ask your body for more insulin, straining your pancreas and wearing yourself out,” he says. “In the long term, this kind of habit can cause you to become chronically fatigued, diabetic, develop cancer, and pack on excess weight.”

I feel that what’s really important is to find the balance and not overuse sugar or any other things for that matter. It’s like with everything else; if it’s overused, it eventually becomes like a drug, therefore it’s not very beneficial to us. Even the thought that something is unhealthy, is more unhealthy than that something itself. I feel that we tend to imbalance our physical bodies more with dysfunctional thought patterns, than with food, drinks or pollution. In fact, the foods, drinks, pollution from the outer that we consider harmful are creations from the inner, from the unconscious of the collective. They have been created from fear.

What I’m saying is that, I personally feel that in all matters of this kind; food, or drinks, try to maintain a balanced attitude towards it instead of exaggerating with strict diets or anything like that, but again this is a personal reference. I won’t deny the blissful experience of eating a doughnut in it, because it has too much sugar, just saying.

Natural Remedies To Cure Anxiety

With all the the changes that are happening on every level, may it be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, anxiety might arise more often and more intense than usual. I’m not saying this might be the case for everyone, but for the ones who are experiencing more anxiety than usual, I’ve done some research and gathered some of the remedies that I feel are more beneficial and effective.

Please note: I feel that anxiety has different branches. If your anxiety levels are high, try to understand what’s causing that anxiety in the first place and let it go.

If you simply feel anxious without knowing why, try these remedies, they will definitely help the body to be rid of anxiety and stress.

These remedies are most helpful on a physical level, as in when the body is integrating and processing certain light codes that are currently coming in, he might feel like he’s overstimulated therefore reacting with impulses we call “aches. ” The light waves coming in might feel overwhelming to the body, because we haven’t been feeling them for eons. They are powerful, but also come in as a fine vibration as well. It’s important to take care of ourselves during times when light codes are coming in more strongly than usual.

This is the list of remedies I’ve gathered to cure anxiety:

  1. Chamomile – According to health.com, if you have a jittery moment, a cuppa chamomile tea might help calm you down. Some compounds in chamomile (Matricaria recutita)bind to the same brain receptors as drugs like Valium.You can also take it as a supplement, typically standardized to contain 1.2% apigenin (an active ingredient), along with dried chamomile flowers. In one study at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, in Philadelphia, patients with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) who took chamomile supplements for eight weeks had a significant decrease in anxiety symptoms compared to patients taking placebo.
  2. St. John’s WortAnxietyuk.org.uk says St John”s Wort (Hypericum perforatum L) has been used as a remedy for nerve disorders for more than 2000 years.  This bushy perennial plant, which has bright yellow flowers, grows wild in many parts of the world including Europe, Asia and the USA.  The petals and leaves of the plant contain a number of unique substances such as hypericin and hyperforin. The herb is a popular herbal medicine for the treatment of low mood, with at least 30 studies on more than 1,700 patients showing that St John”s Wort can be an effective remedy for mild- to-moderate depression without the side effects of more conventional anti-depressants. While it is not clear exactly how St John”s Wort works, it is thought that is helps to prolong the action of serotonin, a brain neurotransmitter, which when deficient can result in low mood.  It also often used for symptoms associated with sleep problems, SAD (seasonal affective disorder) and PMS.
  3. Valerian – Valerian is found growing in North America and Europe and is recognisable from its pinkish flowers that grow from a tuberous rhizome and its distinctive rather unpleasant smell.  Throughout history, Valerian has been used medically to treat nervous anxiety, reduce muscle tension and relieve mild insomnia. Valerian is now widely cultivated for medical use as it contains several unique substances, such as valerenic acid and valeranon that have a relaxant action that is particularly effective in treating stress and anxiety. Valerian is also widely used for sleep problems, particularly sleep disturbances due to anxiety.  Valerian helps to calm the brain and body rather than inducing sleep directly, allowing sleep to occur naturally.  It is often combined with other herbs such as lemon balm and hops, both of which are well known for their calming properties. – See more at: anxietyuk.org.uk
  4. Exercise – Exercise is safe, good for the brain, and a powerful antidote to depression and anxiety, both immediately and in the long term. “If you exercise on a regular basis, you’ll have more self-esteem and feel healthier,” says Drew Ramsey, MD, Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia University, who blogs at www.DrewRamseyMD.com.”One of the major causes of anxiety is worrying about illness and health, and that dissipates when you are fit.”
  5. Yoga and/or Meditation– Regular yoga practice can help you stay calm and relaxed in daily life and can also give you the strength to face events as they come without getting restless. Yoga practice ideally includes the complete package of asanas (body postures), pranayamas (breathing techniques), meditation, and the ancient yoga philosophy, all of which has helped several anxiety patients recover and face life with new positivity and strength.

    Taking your attention to the breath can help free the mind of the unnecessary clutter of thoughts that breed anxiety. Try the following breathing practices:

    • Kapal Bhati Pranayama (Skull-Shining Breathing Technique)
    • Bhastrika Pranayama
    • Nadi Shodhan Pranayama (Alternate Nostril Breathing) – effective in releasing stress from the system (where the exhalation is longer than the inhalation)
    • Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath)

There are a lot more remedies in nature to ease anxiety, but these are the ones I found to be working best.

The Emergence Of Self-Healing

Since there’a detox – purification – healing theme in the air and has been for a while, I thought it’s a good idea to share some information on how to ease or completely heal ourselves of “dis-ease,” to allow the natural process of detoxification to occur.

As the body becomes more sensitive, lighter, we might experience a greater sensitivity to toxins and other man made substances that are a result of a lower vibrational thought form creation. Worry not about it, our bodies are not as fragile as previously thought. Our bodies are intelligent, they are the result of eons of constant evolution. Even after so many decades of technology, information, discoveries, the modern human hasn’t been able to explore all the human body is. Why is that, you may ask ?

It’s still constantly evolving, now more than ever. Our body is made up of the most Intelligent Consciousness. Consciousness expands. We put limits to our bodies, we think we are limited to the body, we think that the body is a limit, but is it so? Aren’t these thoughts the  limitations and not the body ? Reflect profoundly on these questions. Do you hold any limiting thought patterns in your unconscious ?

We begin the self-healing when we release and let go of those patterns. That’s when your body’s natural self-healing mechanisms are being activated to their full potential.

This is a process, expect not full healing to happen over night. Patience, self-love and nurturing is needed, embodied. The body has been put through a lot of dysfunction in our many lifetimes, it gathered a lot of cellular memory that needs to be transformed into the light. We programmed our minds with many unconscious limitations. Our bodies picked up on those thinking patterns and shaped itself after those limits as well. Not to say, that the mind is the one in charge of everything, our consciousness is. Consciousness is everything we are, however it expresses itself in our human experience (mind, body, heart etc), therefore when the mind is really imbalanced and stuck in dysfunction, it is most likely to imbalance other things in there, such as the physical body, therefore  “,dis-ease” appears.

When we let go of the  patterns, we naturally transform and unify within. We reach deeper, more harmonious states of balance on every level, that’s when the deep healing really occurs. Of course, firstly, in order to let go of something, we need to be aware of what that something is. This awareness will bring clarity and ways to transform out of our psyche that which no longer serves us.

These imbalances “, dis-eases, ” on the other hand, are usually hiding some sort of blessing in them. Some have been pre-agreed, according to the individual’s wishes, choices and growth; some are showing you the areas in your life you need to become more conscious of, that might need some sort of work or healing.  Sometimes they facilitate the embodiment of something you need to embody in this lifetime. There could be many reasons and they might differ from individual to individual. We have to be able to allow the experience to show us why it manifested in the first place. Why is it trying to show us ?

That is why it is of extreme importance to be able to trust your intuition/guidance first and foremost, be aware and the rest will follow. The steps that need to be taken into healing yourself will be revealed to you, if that is what you intend to and hold no blocks of self-healing.

Loving yourself will “do the trick. ” It is how you make sure you allow the healing to occur, because when you truly love yourself, you can only want what’s best for you and intrinsically for all. That’s what the foundation of your creations will be based on, therefore unwanted manifestations will be less and less frequent, until there are no more.

Ascension Guidance: Maintaining A Healthy Physical Body

 Nowadays, with all the chemicals in our food, toxins in the air and all other polluting factors, it is necessary to put some effort in keep your body as clean as possible. To do that, I’ve put together some information I received on my journey of discovering what maintaining a healthy body means in this new era in which our bodies are being upgraded massively to hold higher vibrational frequency – crystalline body – while bearing in mind that we are only beginning to discover more about our body original blueprint.

From a higher perspective, we cannot look at our bodies now as only physical, or only energy as they are in the process of merging on a very subtle, fine vibrational level. What I’ve come to realize is that maintaining an optimum health won’t be achieved without being aware of energy, of self and the flow of your body, so here are the three tips and aspects of body healing and nurturing I feel are the most important:

1. Listen to your body – Our bodies way of functioning is unique to each individual, they need different things at different times, they react “negatively” to different things and “positively” to others,  which is why listening to your body is essential. But what does it mean to listen to your body ? For me, it means bringing my presence in the Now moment and observing how my body reacts to different influences from the outside (food, people, etc), but also how my body reacts to my own thoughts and feelings. It means that I use my intuition/inner guidance to understand my body’s needs, whether it needs more sleep, more water, a certain substance or nutrient etc. Try not to judge as negative the way your body is reacting to different things sometimes, but try to understand the reason behind it, as your body is showing you them to correct and improve its functioning. That’s why I put negatively and positively in quotation marks above.

Most importantly, try not to perceive negatively the waves of light we are receiving these days. Many people are currently experiencing the so called “ascension symptoms” all the time now. That includes pain in certain areas, intolerance to certain things,  etc. Your body is showing you the areas that need even more nurturing, so when you are experiencing, let’s say, a migraine, your body is showing you the area you need to focus more on it, it needs more nurturing.

There are plenty of natural remedies for everything, available to everyone to smooth ascension symptoms. With all that being said, the pain comes up because  lower vibrational dualistic energy has been stored in the cells throughout time, so the energies that are incoming, flowing through each and every one of us, are bringing up the energy to be transmuted into a higher expression. Your body is naturally trying to make you aware of it. Whenever you feel pain in some area ask your team for assistance, ask for the block to be revealed, released and transmuted in the highest light aligned with your highest good. So it will be.

2. Balanced Diet – Try to obtain the nutrients, proteins, fats, carbohydrates etc. through the food you eat and liquids you drink, so eating organically is recommended. Your body needs more of these super foods especially now as the higher vibrational energies can be a bit tough on the body. At the same time, don’t deny yourself the pleasure of this earthly life, such as simply having a chocolate whenever you feel like it, just cause it has sugar, unless there’s a medical condition involved. Moderation is key, but this depends of each individual and how they find and apply the balance in their own lives. Yes, eating organically is good for your light body but also eating what you enjoy is good for the Soul.

3. Awareness – Most of the time it’s belief systems, limiting thought patterns, stress and anxiety that are making us sick on more levels, physical included. It’s not the food, not pollution, not anything, but the dysfunctional thinking patterns we hold towards them that’s either blocking the physical healing process or slowing it down. So release these, observe yourself in the present moment of now and transcend them because you can. There are many ways to do that, pick your preferable one. On The Power Within Us we’ve already posted many articles, videos and meditations to guide you through this inner transformation and more will be posted, just do some research if you feel guided to do so.

Be aware of your creator abilities, your unlimited potential and take responsability for the vibration and frequency you align yourself with and you align to other things as that is what you will create and manifest. Energy flows where attention goes.
