In the Condemning Of Ego and Mind Be Love.

Here is a thought led by heart.

Nature is perfection. God, as the great creator of all things has created the human experience. We belong to many worlds at once and in this experience we can discover and remember who we are in our totality. By the act of finding Truth in the Love that moves all things in nature and in the different worlds we are linked to.

Mind, ego, personality are things that enable this experience. They are precious gifts given by the Great Creator, just so we can have the joy of finding our Truth in the Love that we are. Instead of negating any part of our totality, inviting one to shower any aspects of separation with love might lead you to see how beautiful your mind, given to you by God, is. Because it allows you to create the dream you are living right now and to experience this life in the way it is. Your ego too has an important service to you, without it you would be still merged into the cosmic soup, but when you shower the ego with the pure love of light, given to you by God to find out how perfect you are, the ego loses its negative aspects and becomes another important and special note in the perfect symphony of creation that is you.

It’s your personality that carries the story of you, and the traits you will find within yourself so you can discover the joy of being way more than your identity. Then you can start remembering your other identities. The collective of identities you have been in the past lives you lived that make part of your cosmic story. Then you can find out the collective of souls you make part of beyond those identities.. You can discover different aspects of yourself.. in different dimensions, in different worlds, you can become more of your own totality and discover more of your truth.

You may also go beyond all that and discover your Nothingness and your Real Truth.

So from that place although thoughts, feelings, forms, time, space or identity might not exist..

From that place, you will see the perfection of the All of Creation.

There will be no need to fight the ego or condemn the mind.

So why not practice that Now?

Be the love you are in all aspects of your life if you are going to spend time debating about those things or putting your energy into a spiritual path.

Practice the act of being Truth, and simply Be Love.

No more rejection, no more. Because all is perfect. Because all is well.

Be Aware of who You Truly Are.

Thanks for Reading,

Love and Light.

Documentary: Reality And The Extended Mind

” Four years after releasing my documentary – Reality and the Extended Mind – and 350 thousand views later, I recently reflected on the life-changing story of how it all came about.

I made Reality and the Extended Mind (featured below) back in 2010. It is a film about mysterious extended characteristics of consciousness that researchers call psi. I never expected my film to gain the attention it did. When I set out to make it I think I just wanted an excuse to meet and ask questions of the scientists exploring the nature of consciousness and its place in reality. I was fascinated by the implications of these controversial effects.

The opportunity came when I was contacted via my Youtube channel by a guy around my age in the US. He had worked alongside some of the leading scientists in the field of consciousness research. Adam had been a researcher at the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research Laboratory, known as the PEAR lab. These scientists were testing the apparent influence of participants’ intention on the statistical outputs of a quantum random system. This mysterious effect directly challenged the prevailing assumption in the mind sciences – that consciousness is an illusion confined to the brain. The PEAR experiments suggested that the origins of consciousness are rooted in a deeper order of nature. This was a conclusion that mainstream science was yet to accept.

Had it not been for Adam Curry’s generosity and friendship, the film would never have been made. He invited me stay with him and meet some of his colleagues and friends involved in psi research. Flying from London, I took two extended trips to the US over two years, where Adam and I embarked on several ambitious road trips. Through the course of conducting interviews at research labs and conferences I met many fascinating people. I found myself in the presence of pioneers in consciousness research. Thinking back to the first time I interviewed IONS researcher Dean Radin, or Global Consciousness Project director Roger Nelson, seems curiously like a dream. Our accommodations ranged from crashing on student’s couches in Boulder, Colorado, to the surreal extravagance of the Luxor in Las Vegas, where we’d stayed during a remote viewing conference. As well as sharing a fascination with consciousness and the nature of reality, Adam and I discovered that we had a lot in common, and quickly became fast friends. Our road trips between destinations took us through changing landscapes of mountains, pine forests and desert. These were my first experiences in the US and the distances seemed vast. Our conversations ranged from the potentials of biofeedback technology, to the father reaches of human consciousness. Late one night we pulled over, deep in the Nevada desert to look up at the Milky Way stretching across the night sky. I’d never seen stars like that before. These were magical, worldview-expanding times for me. The great mystery of the universe had never felt so imminent.

When I finally returned to England with the footage, the reality of actually making the film gradually began to set in. I was broke at the time and had no choice but to edit the footage on an ancient dusty laptop which, several years earlier, had survived a four-month backpacking trip around India. During editing, which I was essentially learning as I went along, I had to use the laptop speakers for sound because the aux was broken and irrepairable. Every minor edit to the timeline began an excruciating epoch of loading during which the computer was essentially frozen. I would wait as the fan buzzed furiously in the computer’s sand-filled interior. Sometimes it would relinquish control to me after 10 minutes or so, frequently it would simply crash. The CPU often got so hot I worried it was going to melt. For the duration of the editing process I balanced the laptop on sealed ice packs. I expected the old machine to give out at any time, loosing months of editing. Miraculously it didn’t. The result of my efforts is the modest film you see before you.

Reality and the Extended Mind is ultimately a collage of images, music and information I hoped would be an interesting introduction to psi research. A product of the re-mix culture I grew up with, it was an entirely non profit film produced for the purpose of journalism and public interest.  ” – Adrian D.Nelson

8 Ways To Release Anxiety Mentally And Physically

We all have times when stress, anxiety and sleeplessness enter our lives, especially with everything that’s going on these days. The rhythm of our lives can become quite fast-paced, and at times it can all become overwhelming. If that is happening, we need to pay more attention to our bodies, respect and honour them.

The body, heart, mind – they are all linked together. Stress and anxiety are not not only in your mind! They can manifest in our bodies as well!

Put simply, anxiety is a sense of fear and apprehension that puts you on alert. Biologically, it’s meant to put us in a heightened sense of awareness so we’re prepared for potential threats. Unfortunately, when we start to feel excessive anxiety, or we live in a constant state of anxiety, we’re in trouble. Our bodies never turn off our fight or flight response, and we live with the physical and emotional effects of anxiety on a day to day basis, even when there’s no reason or cause for them.

On its face, anxiety can look like stress; but the reality isn’t so simple. Anxiety can arise as a result of stress, but stress can manifest in other ways. Stressors can make a person sad, angry, worried, or anxious, while anxiety is specifically that feeling of fear, dread, and apprehension we mentioned. You may never even know what’s causing your anxiety, or in some cases, it can manifest on its own, without any real “trigger” or cause. Stress is often caused by external influences, while anxiety is an internal response. That’s part of what makes anxiety intrinsically different than stress, and also what makes it so difficult to manage.

However, there are many ways to not only manage stress and anxiety, but release it, or at least reduce it till the point where it no longer impacts our day-to-day lives.

As I’ve mentioned above, we can’t heal an imbalance only on a physical level, or only on a mental level. It’s all connected, which is why I’m going to provide with information on remedies for the physical(body), as well as for the mental (mind).

Here are the natural remedies to heal anxiety and stress:

4 remedies for the body
  1. Chamomile Tea – The most recent study, from the UK’s University of Nottingham Medical School, found that chamomile significantly relaxed blood vessels and smooth muscle fibers. This effect was indicated specifically with the application of three of chamomile’s central constituents, apigenin, luteolin and bisabolol – all hydroxylates. Traditional herbalists will typically recommend the use of anti-anxiety herbs such as chamomile, lavender, St. John’s wort and others over a period of three months to a year in order for them to reach their full effectiveness. After that, they are often recommended to be continued at least periodically or as needed. The good news about chamomile, as evidenced by this and other studies, is that it has no known adverse side effects and is non-addictive. This is in stark contrast to anti-depressant pharmaceuticals, some of which are known for being significantly addictive in addition to having numerous other adverse effects.
  2. Exercise – Exercise will not only make you feel better about yourself, but will flood your body with feel-good endorphins. Some researchers even believe that increasing your body heat, a natural result of exercise, may alter neural circuits controlling cognitive function and mood, including those that affect the neurotransmitter serotonin. Researchers believe this response can boost your mood, increase relaxation, and alleviate anxiety.
  3. Natural sunlight – This is the best way to naturally increase your vitamin-D levels, which can decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety. A short 15 minute break will not only take your mind of stress, but also let you reap the benefits of outdoor activity. And the greener the better—one Japanese study found that people who walked through a forest for 20 minutes had lower stress hormone levels after their walk than those who took a comparable walk in an urban area. If you’re stuck in an urban area, look for parks or quiet tree-lined streets to take a stroll.
  4. Eat foods that reduce anxiety – Asparagus, Blueberries, Avocado, Almonds, Oranges and Spinach are some of the foods that dissolve anxiety
4 remedies for the mind
  1. Face the fear. “If something makes you scared, face it,” says Cassiday. If you feel shy, go out to social functions, she says. Scared of clowns? Go to the circus. It can help, too, to understand that when you worry about what might happen — such as no one will talk to you at the party — your anxiety just rises. Your anxious worry is about the uncertainty, she says. “What a worrier really wants is a promise that everything is going to be OK.” But uncertainty is part of life, she says. Exposure therapy, or facing the fear, helps you learn to live with risk and uncertainty.
  2. Ground yourself. When anxiety hits, ”do something tangible,” says John Tsilimparis, MFT, a marriage and family therapist in Los Angeles and adjunct professor of psychiatry at Pepperdine University.”Take your house keys out, run your fingers along the keys,” says Tsilimparis. “That sensation will give you ‘grounding.’ Pick up a paperweight, hold it in your hand. Or, get an ice cube. Hold it as long as you can do it.”Why does this work? “Your brain can’t be in two places at once,” he says. The activity distracts you from the anxious feelings. “Your mind will shift from racing, catastrophic thoughts [that accompany anxiety] to the cold ice cube in your hand,” he says.According to some research, using a virtual reality distraction system can reduce anxiety during dental procedures. Patients immersed in VR — a computer-generated realistic environment — reported less pain and anxiety than when they didn’t use it.
  3. Laugh it off. Cultivate a good sense of humor and laugh, says  Karen Lynn Cassiday, PhD, president-elect of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America and a clinical psychologist in Chicago.  “Even if you do a fake laugh, you get an instant hit of dopamine,” says Dr. Cassiday. Dopamine is a brain chemical that controls feelings of reward and pleasure. If you’re too tense to laugh on your own, try using technology, she suggests. For example, find a laugh track phone app. Just google phone apps for laughing. In a study presented at a medical meeting, Loma Linda University researchersfound that even anticipating a mirthful laugh reduces the stress hormone cortisol, which increases when you are anxious.
  4. Schedule relaxation. “Sit down and look at your schedule,” says Katherine Raymer, MD, ND, associate clinical professor of naturopathic medicine at Bastyr University, Seattle.”Is there a time to put in a half hour to do whatever you do that is relaxing?” Dr. Raymer asks. That can be a walk, meditation, yoga, tai chi or anything you find relaxing. Full Documentary: Tuning In – Spirit Channelers In America

Tuning In is a truly unique spiritual documentary, the result of 10 years of inquiry into the phenomenon of spirit channeling by Los Angeles filmmaker, David Thomas. Channeling is a practice dating back to antiquity wherein an individual, usually in a trance state, makes a psychic connection with a spirit being. The channeler is then able to act as a dimensional go-between in bringing other humans in contact with the entity, as well as interpreting messages from the entity.

For the very first time, six of North America’s most prominent channelers are featured in the same film. Viewers gain a rare glimpse and insight into the phenomenon, as well as the information being received by these channelers. The entities coming through each have a strong and distinct personality and were interviewed at length by the filmmaker. The result is truly remarkable. The messages cross through space and time, and it appears the entities are speaking as one, delivering a clear and profound message of empowerment for humankind.
