The Importance Of Adopting A Playful Attitude

In these times we live in, with so much happening, with the weight of a dualistic world on our shoulders, with the stress of a system that doesn’t really function for many of us who stepped out of the old, it’s almost impossible not to get caught up in a serious mood. But that “almost” makes a big difference.

When you are dedicated to embodying a pure source vibration, persistence is recquired to actually maintain that state of being. When you get too caught up in external distractions, when you forget to lay back and play, that is when you lose a big part of the joy this earthly life is. We are by nature playful and adventurous, otherwise we would not have embarked on this journey called Ascension Earth. We could count it as one of the most adventurous ones we’ve been on and we’ve been on many. Therefore, if you observe yourself getting too serious at times, take a few steps to alchemize seriousness into playfulness.

A first, most important step is not taking things seriously. Your reaction to external situations, makes all the difference. Often times, we get stressed about small things, like traffic, which is so insignificant when you see the grander scheme of things. When you understand that everything is in Divine Order, that there’s a reason behind everything, even if you might not be aware of what that is, when you know that things don’t happen to you, you make them happen, you integrate a peacefulness within, that cannot be shaken up easily. If something gets you out of that state of peacefulness and acceptance, it is to give you the opportunity to look at what’s causing that imbalance, transcend it and naturally integrate a deeper and deeper state of peacefulness. When you do that, instead of reacting to those external situations that are pulling you out of your center, you will be responding with your newly internalized peacefulness and understanding that everything unfolds as it should at all times.

Be childlike, not childish. Do you remember how everything felt being a child ? You were present in the moment, you would laugh at everything, you would not overthink, you would appreciate the simplicity of life, the beauy and joy of it, of doing things, of playing. Don’t lose that part of yourself. In truth you never lose it, but it might seem like that, because it can get lost in the chamber of your heart space, especially if the chamber is clogged with stuff. Even then, the inner child is still playing, a game of hide and seek. You see, the child never stops playing. However, that aspect of yourself that got lost in the chambers, can only come out if the stuff in it is removed, so it can find the door. Remove the stuff, connect with the inner child, nurture it, give him a big hug because it wasn’t easy for him to be lost, the stuff was suffocating for him, heal it, let it come out and play.

Laughter is food for the Soul. When things get too serious, when the world appears to be crumbling down, when things aren’t going as you thought they should, laugh it all out. As paradoxical as that sounds, laughter is one of the best remedies in times of great transitions and fast-paced changes. It is also so much better and a lot more fun to just lay back, have fun and let life take its natural course, I’m telling you. I, personally, find it extremely amusing and highly entertaining when I’m constantly being surprised by the funny ways the Universe works sometimes and it’s really not always rainbows and butterflies as in 99% of the time I’m like “What the duck, Universe?”, but every time the Universe showed me (eventually) that everything is in alignment with the highest good and that there is always a higher reason behind every situation, no matter how it looks in the moment.

So, laugh loud, laugh often, see the comedy in every situation. It completely shifts the vibration of it. Laughter is alchemy. Allow yourself  to loosen up, be silly, be childlike. Embrace a more playful attitude.

Don’t focus on the small details. It’s exhausting, it’s complicated and it gets you imbalanced in the mental body, by having an overactive mind. There’s already sophistication, deepness, beauty and paradoxically a certain complexity in simplicity. So, focus on the simplicity of life and of being and allow the Universe to take care of the details. When you allow, be ready to be astonished by the magical ways of the Universe. Have fun!

P.S: No one is ever too old for Disney.

I hope you have a fantastic day!
