The 6 Steps To Detoxify The Body Of Toxic Chemicals

It is becoming more and more known that certain chemicals affect a big part of the world population in an undesirable way. There have been many scientific studies that have shown a link between chemicals and some mental disorders  labeled as autism or ADHD.

An example would be the research published in The Lancet by researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS). They proved that many industrial chemicals, including fluoride, are lowering IQ in children and can cause autism and other mental disorders, as well as many other serious health diseases.

The experts named around 12 of these neurotoxins that can be found in our environment, clothing, furniture, certain food and drinks, such as: manganese, fluoride, chlorpyrifos, mercury, lead, ethanol, arsenic, toluene, DDT/DDE etc.

A study in last year’s British Medical Journal estimated that perhaps 75% of most cancers are caused by environmental and lifestyle factors, including exposure to these chemicals.

Another report, this one by the Columbia University School of Public Health, estimated that 95% of cancer is caused by diet and environmental toxicity.

Some of the short- and long-term effects of these toxins include:

  • Neurological disorders (Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, depression, attention deficit disorder, schizophrenia, etc.)
  • Cancer
  • Nutritional deficiencies
  • Hormonal imbalances

But the good news is there is always a way of healing the undesirable effects of these chemicals and the remedies can be found, as in most cases, in nature.

Our bodies have been heavily affected by toxic chemicals, it can take up to two or three months to get them out of our system, so we need to be committed to this process.   2. Buy and eat as many organic foods as possible – In study after study, research from independent organizations consistently shows organic food is higher in nutrients than traditional foods. I think it’s worth giving it a shot. Your health is more important than money.
  3. Avoid processed foods for the obvious reasons – It’s processed with chemicals. Most processed foods are high in sugar and high fructose corn syrup. People aren’t putting massive amounts of sugar on top of their coffee or cereal, the unhealthy amounts come from processed foods.  They are also loaded with artificial chemicals, including flavorants, texturants, colorants and preservatives.
  4. Switch over to natural brands – Brands of toiletries, toothpastes, antiperspirants, cleaning products, shampoo, cosmetics, air fresheners etc. These days, there are so many alternatives! You just have to do some research and find out which companies use natural ingredients and replace the old products with natural ones. For example, instead of using Airwick as a freshener, you can use  essential oils, which smell a lot nicer too.

  6. Exercise as much as you can – You literally sweat the toxins out of your body. The skin is our largest organ. Often when the other detoxifying organs are compromised, toxins will begin to come through the skin, showing up as acne, rashes, blemishes, pimples or sores. Exercise helps the body’s organs of elimination to function optimally simply by getting them going. Moving the body helps to circulate both blood and lymph. When you exercise you breathe deeply with your lungs. The oxygen that you breathe in travels though the blood to the brain and muscles. The skin is cleansed from the inside out by the cleansing process of perspiration. Many toxins can be eliminated through the skin by sweating.

Ascension Guidance: Maintaining A Healthy Physical Body

 Nowadays, with all the chemicals in our food, toxins in the air and all other polluting factors, it is necessary to put some effort in keep your body as clean as possible. To do that, I’ve put together some information I received on my journey of discovering what maintaining a healthy body means in this new era in which our bodies are being upgraded massively to hold higher vibrational frequency – crystalline body – while bearing in mind that we are only beginning to discover more about our body original blueprint.

From a higher perspective, we cannot look at our bodies now as only physical, or only energy as they are in the process of merging on a very subtle, fine vibrational level. What I’ve come to realize is that maintaining an optimum health won’t be achieved without being aware of energy, of self and the flow of your body, so here are the three tips and aspects of body healing and nurturing I feel are the most important:

1. Listen to your body – Our bodies way of functioning is unique to each individual, they need different things at different times, they react “negatively” to different things and “positively” to others,  which is why listening to your body is essential. But what does it mean to listen to your body ? For me, it means bringing my presence in the Now moment and observing how my body reacts to different influences from the outside (food, people, etc), but also how my body reacts to my own thoughts and feelings. It means that I use my intuition/inner guidance to understand my body’s needs, whether it needs more sleep, more water, a certain substance or nutrient etc. Try not to judge as negative the way your body is reacting to different things sometimes, but try to understand the reason behind it, as your body is showing you them to correct and improve its functioning. That’s why I put negatively and positively in quotation marks above.

Most importantly, try not to perceive negatively the waves of light we are receiving these days. Many people are currently experiencing the so called “ascension symptoms” all the time now. That includes pain in certain areas, intolerance to certain things,  etc. Your body is showing you the areas that need even more nurturing, so when you are experiencing, let’s say, a migraine, your body is showing you the area you need to focus more on it, it needs more nurturing.

There are plenty of natural remedies for everything, available to everyone to smooth ascension symptoms. With all that being said, the pain comes up because  lower vibrational dualistic energy has been stored in the cells throughout time, so the energies that are incoming, flowing through each and every one of us, are bringing up the energy to be transmuted into a higher expression. Your body is naturally trying to make you aware of it. Whenever you feel pain in some area ask your team for assistance, ask for the block to be revealed, released and transmuted in the highest light aligned with your highest good. So it will be.

2. Balanced Diet – Try to obtain the nutrients, proteins, fats, carbohydrates etc. through the food you eat and liquids you drink, so eating organically is recommended. Your body needs more of these super foods especially now as the higher vibrational energies can be a bit tough on the body. At the same time, don’t deny yourself the pleasure of this earthly life, such as simply having a chocolate whenever you feel like it, just cause it has sugar, unless there’s a medical condition involved. Moderation is key, but this depends of each individual and how they find and apply the balance in their own lives. Yes, eating organically is good for your light body but also eating what you enjoy is good for the Soul.

3. Awareness – Most of the time it’s belief systems, limiting thought patterns, stress and anxiety that are making us sick on more levels, physical included. It’s not the food, not pollution, not anything, but the dysfunctional thinking patterns we hold towards them that’s either blocking the physical healing process or slowing it down. So release these, observe yourself in the present moment of now and transcend them because you can. There are many ways to do that, pick your preferable one. Be aware of your creator abilities, your unlimited potential and take responsability for the vibration and frequency you align yourself with and you align to other things as that is what you will create and manifest. Energy flows where attention goes.
