5 Ways To Maintain Your Body Free Of Toxins

I think we’re all aware by now that some of the things we’ve taken into our body, consciously or unconsciously, weren’t necessarily what our body needed. Our bodies are also shifting from carbon-based to a crystalline-based system, therefore a certain physical purification is necessary as well. Ascension is touching every aspect of ourselves and our lives, the physical is as important as every other aspect, in fact, a very important one.

Our bodies have the intelligent system to detox themselves, but we also have to consciously make sure we use that system at its best, that we maintain an optimum function and a smooth energy flow. Therefore, the fewer the toxins, the better. To facilitate this physical purification I gathered the most simple ways we can do that:

  1. Drink a lot of water, preferably with lemon. – The reasons are obvious and varied, but specifically in terms of detox, the lemon helps re-hydrate the system and promotes digestion, which will help the flow of waste out of your body.
  2. Exercise. – Get up from your sofa and jog for a few minutes, it doesn’t even have to be long, do some stretches, go on a hike or anything that encourages circulation in the blood and lymph system. Even if it’s only 20 minutes a day, or even a week, but try not to let one week pass without exercising. It’s a proven fact that people who exercise regularly have far fewer toxins in their system.   3. Combat Environmental Pollutants. – Pollution and allergens are all around us. They’re in the air and can trigger allergy symptoms (such as yucky, puffy, red eyes). Doing so can eliminate the side effects of air pollutants and lead to better breathing naturally.Ear, nose, and throat surgeons recommend nasal irrigation for their patients who’ve undergone sinus surgery, to clear away crusting in the nasal passages. Cut your sugar intake. – Matt Dower, spa director at Mirbeau Inn & Spa in Skaneateles, NY says “If you eat more sugar, you ask your body for more insulin, straining your pancreas and wearing yourself out,” he says. “In the long term, this kind of habit can cause you to become chronically fatigued, diabetic, develop cancer, and pack on excess weight.”

I feel that what’s really important is to find the balance and not overuse sugar or any other things for that matter. It’s like with everything else; if it’s overused, it eventually becomes like a drug, therefore it’s not very beneficial to us. Even the thought that something is unhealthy, is more unhealthy than that something itself. I feel that we tend to imbalance our physical bodies more with dysfunctional thought patterns, than with food, drinks or pollution. In fact, the foods, drinks, pollution from the outer that we consider harmful are creations from the inner, from the unconscious of the collective. They have been created from fear.

What I’m saying is that, I personally feel that in all matters of this kind; food, or drinks, try to maintain a balanced attitude towards it instead of exaggerating with strict diets or anything like that, but again this is a personal reference. I won’t deny the blissful experience of eating a doughnut in it, because it has too much sugar, just saying.

Simple & Powerful Higher Vibrational Practice: Freedom Of Being

Since the freedom and creativity theme has been coming up a lot in the collective energy field lately, I felt like sharing with you an exercise I’ve received a few days ago. As always, you don’t have to do these exercises as they are, that would perhaps be too limiting for most. Being flexible and creating your own way of doing things is always recommended as that only improves the creative abilities you already posess. They are like a muscle, therefore it needs to be worked on in order to become strong. In this case, it is more about discovering your own creative nature, knowing how your creative ability functions and using it in its highest expression. ” Practice makes perfect. “

This exercise is really all about setting clear and powerful intentions through visualizations. It enhances your third eye/pineal gland vision, your manifestation skills and most importantly your ability to have fun, play, connect and enjoy. At the same time, it’s a good practice for the “higher mind” , which is really just the balanced mind connected to the heart and upgraded through that connection.

So, if you are interested in doing it, take a few moments to center yourself, inhale deeply and exhale a few times. Relax your whole body: your nervous system, your muscles, start from the head, or legs or from wherever works for you.

Visualize a room, decorate it however you wish, get creative, you can create anything you want in that room, it doesn’t even have to be a room, a place in nature, in the stars, in the universe, however you choose to see it. That is your heartspace. Link this room to your heartspace.

Now, get clear in what freedom means to you. What does freedom of being means to you ? Is it dressing a certain way ? Is it leaving a job you no longer like ? Is it not feeling supressed by outer circumstances, or people ? What is it ? Spend a few moments contemplating that.

Once you get clear with what freedom means to you, go there – visualize it and play with it in your visualizations, feel your visualizations, this is the most important part of the exercise: feeling. Spend some more time in that place of playful creation feeling it and seeing it.

Next step would be getting the energy ready for manifestation. Through visualizing it you are aligning your vibration and frequency with freedom and through feeling, you are embodying it, which eventually will shape your reality. Now, bring those feelings in your waking life and take action to achieve that state of inner freedom, by letting go of that which blocks it. It will open most joyous new pathways that weren’t there before. Baby steps, quantum leaps, whatever helps, all it matters is following your inner compass as that will bring the necessary changes that need to be made to become a sovereign being with awareness of its unlimited potential.

As ironic as it is, we are the only ones that can take away our freedom, as well as the ones creating it. Contradictory to a lot of the “spiritual” material available to us these days, no one and anything outside of yourself can take away your freedom, without you agreeing to it or choosing it on a Soul level for whatever reason. So, your inner compass might guide you towards releasing certain limiting belief systems that block your  boundless nature or any baggage that’s weighing you down from soaring free. Because, you see, you were never really put in cages in any way, but it definitely looked and felt like that at times, I get it. Funny thing this illusion/matrix thing, huh ?! Such a trickster.

No change will ever be made as long as we don’t create it.

So through this simple yet so powerful exercise, you are working your creative abilities, discovering self, intending, planting the seeds, creating, bringing those creations into physical manifestation and having fun. All at the same time. Welcome to the New Earth! Do you know what else we do on the New Earth ?! We share.
