Use conscious affirmations to direct the energy, to focus the energy into what you really want, to set intentions. In order to benefit best from these affirmations, they need not only to be spoken, or thought of, but actually felt through each and every single atom of your being. Through all you are, through your consciousness. Persistence and dedication is needed in every moment and actively embodying and living the reality of your affirmations, creating it.

Try using affirmations to are simple, but powerful, in alignment with your highest good, to direct the energy you want towards manifestation. Be open to infinite possibilities. Affirmations will not work if there is deeper rooted judgement, fear, hatred, insecurity or any other self-sabotaging behavior involved. In that case, going to the root, acknowledging, seeing for what it is, gaining the wisdom there needs to be received and integrated from the experience is the only way to cut the root and facilitate the natural healing to occur.

Our bodies might be complex, many things are yet not discovered, but at the end of the day, the body is a physical expression of our consciousness. Taking Responsibility – The Art Of Self-Empowerment

Greetings!

We are going through some auspicious moments in terms of manifesting the new earth in our current physical reality. We have been constantly absorbing, integrating and grounding the latest light waves/light codes/downloads, however you choose to call them and I’m sure many can feel still feel the intensity, or not, either way, it’s all good. As I am writing this, I hear something that sounds like a tibetan bowl, it is a sound that’s saying – Ta Daa! This is it. Welcome Home!  Celebrate.

One thing I feel guided to point out at these times is that no matter how helpful all this light information is from whichever Source, no matter where it comes from and from who, we need to be able to flow from within-outer. No one outside of yourself knows your journey better than you do, ever. That not only implies discerning everything through the heart/intuition, but also it is of utmost importance to cultivate our inner guidance, as in being able to consciously and directly connect to our Soul and to our Heart’s  deepest core truths. Become more aware of how information from outside sources feels. All this information is meant to empower you, but there are different expressions of it and sometimes, because we express the information through words and through our level of consciousness, it might not come out as empowering as it was meant to be at times.

 Ultimately, it is all about how we absorb information. Do you empower yourself or do you give your power away ? In truth, all information serves a purpose, it’s all light information, but it also a facet of self-mastery to know what to do with it.

This is a natural outcome of purifying and strengthening our relationship with ourselves. That is not as simple to practice as it sounds, but it is a lot more simple when you adopt a surrendering and self-embracement attitude in every moment. A deeper sense of self-mastery is required. We tend to do a lot of things unconsciously to counteract that harmonious relationship with ourselves. As in, we tend to judge, criticise, overthink, overanalyze and fill our focus with a bunch of nonsense, therefore create a mental fog through dysfunctional perceptions that distort things from how they really are.

We all do that at times, it’s alright, give forgiveness to yourself for it. I’m not saying it’s wrong or right, I am saying there are a lot better things to focus our  energy on, instead of holding onto the undesired. For example, on nourishing, nurturing and cultivating harmony within ourselves. There are multiple ways to do that and you already know them. They are always simple and come from the heart. A strong, transparent and harmonious relationship with yourself opens up many heart pathways and all lead to the reconnection and merging with the Soul Source.

There is also still an unconscious tendency floating around to deny our humanness, when we embrace a “more spiritual” lifestyle, to deny the experience of being human and all that comes with it: emotions, thoughts, physicality, the reality of being human etc. I see this unconscious pattern daily. But a higher truth is, our humanness is the key to our reconnection to the Divine, to the Soul Source. Being human and what comes with it, is already very spiritual, our whole existence is highly spiritual. There is no one and no thing more spiritual or less spiritual. We are already Spirit and much more.

Embrace and accept the gift of being human, there is no coincidence you are one. I can’t express into words the beauty of being human and the beauty of experiencing it. It is a great gift. Try and see the gift, feel it, feel the gratitude for the now moment, for all the now moments, for all and everything and for all your experiences and lessons, even for the less pleasant. I can almost hear a big cosmic shout going ” How can I be grateful for that bad thing that happened to me a millenia ago? “

 I’d recommend not to attach to any experience, whether perceived as “bad” or “good.” They are not who you are. Things don’t happen to you, you made them happen for your own Soul reasons. Of course, some situations are really not very pleasant, we’ve all experienced situations like that. The key is to not place your focus on the experience, but what it showed you, what it taught you, what it triggered within you or the aspects that merged within yourself as an outcome of it.

Sit in silence and reflect on the situation. Why is it happening and what is it trying to show you ? Is it something to let go of ? Is it something that triggers the integration of a higher state of being ? What’s shifting within you ? What’s the gift that it brings ? When we stop shouting like someone else is responsible for our states of being, for our situations, for our creations – clarity follows. The gift is there for you to grab it, but we can’t see it, because we are too busy shouting and pointing the finger.

However, you can change that in a nose twitch.  You change that when you take responsibility for every single thing in your life, for yourself and to place your focus on what you truly want to create, without ignoring what is, but accepting and surrendering to it, as all is as it should be. Equilibrium.

Regaining And Maintaining A Balanced State Of Being

Embodying a harmonious balance within our beingness can be one of the most beautiful and useful gifts we can give to ourselves. You will be filled with happiness and experience a constant state of bliss. When you achieve a certain level of balance, being mindful and in a constant relaxed state is the only way, even through these pretty turbulent changing times.

Often times, reaching a certain level of balance and maintaining it can be quite challenging, but I hope this article can bring some light to the subject.  Each person has a different way of balancing themselves and it all depends on their awareness and the way they are seeing the balance in everything. I don’t think there’s a specific way to integrate a balanced state within, there’s no manual. This depends strictly on the individual and their ability to recognize and embody balance, but there are some guidelines.

It is really important to bring your focus on yourself fully, to connect within and flow from there at all times. We can never find true balance outside of ourselves, whether it is in a person or a thing. Most people think there’s something missing, that that can balance and complete them, but in truth, the thing that’s missing is balance itself. No one and nothing can give you that other than yourself. The only way to create balance in your outer life is from the inner. When you are balanced internally, it will reflect in the outer as well, through your relationships, through your interactions with All that is, energy exchanges, through your experiences and just day-to-day life.

Regaining your natural state of harmonious balance requires a lot of dedication and persistence, because there are many levels, facets and aspects of self that need to be balanced.

Firstly, we need to acknowledge and become more conscious of the areas that need balancing, whatever those are ( emotional, mental etc. ) and then internalize it, reflect on it, maybe learn its purpose and how it served us, as all imbalances are in truth learning lessons we put on our path specifically for that purpose. They are not coincidental. At time we are thrown off balance and that is always an amazing opportunity for soul growth. Learn what there is to be learned, get back to your balanced state/your center and don’t be hard on yourself. At times, it’s necessary to be thrown off balance as that triggers a bigger expansion.

These imbalances are usually caused by the social programming – fear and its many branches, so the easiest way to naturally regain your balance is releasing it.

The easiest example of balance I can use is the balance of the masculine and feminine energy within us. When we release the blockages related to any of those aspects of ourselves and consciously intend to embody a more harmonious balance, we naturally manifest it through our beingness. It feels like the masculine and feminine merge and become one within us and that is pefect balance. It is this perfect balance that is changes Humanity tremendously. For example, my friend Stephanie, due to her upbringing of emotionally absent parenting learned to be very capable, good at making decisions, active, etc. This did not allow the more feminine part of her nature to express itself, she was able to balance this by consciously focusing on allowing, letting go, allowing others to act, decide at times, to receive, such as accepting help, love, affection, opening more to intuition, letting go of trying to please others and honouring feeling, to not always feel she had to ‘do,’ to imagine flow and connect to that.  All types of receiving were a big part of this.

She balanced herself through that, you see ? It all depends on the situation, the individual’s ability to follow his inner guidance, his heart and will to expand and evolve. Some experiences may be similar, but in the end, it all comes down to the individual, so always trust yourself, doubting leads nowhere anyways. Know you have all you need within to return to your natural harmonious state of being, it’s in your DNA.

That is where we are headed collectively – perfect balance, which is true harmony. Enjoy your day!

Why You Are Exactly Where You Need To Be

 In today’s climate of forward thinking, self-improvement seems to be a goal we all strive for; growth, change, becoming the most authentic and loving version of ourselves that we can be.

We seek to consciously create our own lives, to find our meaning and our purpose. But while all these things are important, they have become an end in themselves. An end that appears to have no end in sight.What if I told you that where you are right now is perfect? What if you were exactly where you needed to be? What if you’re growth was already taken care of?

I’m sure it would take a lot of your stress away.

When we seek to be better, the energetic stamp we send out to the universe is that we are not whole. “I am broken. I need fixing. I’m not where I need to be and I am not what I should be.” Those thoughts and feelings are powerful. They are based in fear. They are based in lack.

This therefore becomes the reality that we create for ourselves. This not only makes sense metaphysically, but from a psychological perspective too. Thoughts become things. What we think we attract. So if we think we are lacking, then that is what we will experience.
 
But how do we stop this fear of lack?

We stop the desire to not have lack in the first place.

We do this by embracing the belief that the universe already provides us exactly what we need. If we are provided for, then we are not lacking.

Now truly accepting this belief is easier said than done and the concept is bandied around the spiritual community like no other. It does have a basis in truth however, and it is understanding why that is helpful.

That which we resist persists. So if we embrace our fears and emotions (our lacks) instead of ignoring them we can free ourselves. They then become our saving graces. It is only when we attempt to silence our internal chatter, that we bury these concerns.

Merely using positive affirmations that we are being provided for will not help to remove what we suppress. That which goes in, must come back out. By facing these fears and feeling these emotions from our past, we free the subconscious mind and therefore do not attract similar situations or people to resolve our issues. We break the cycle and no longer experience the same lessons but in different clothing.

When our subconscious mind doesn’t match the desires of our conscious mind, then we will not attract that which we desire. There is a reason for this. A very good reason.

We could say that it is our subconscious mind that connects to our Spirit. Our subconscious mind knows our fears and our desires. It is this subconscious mind that attracts the people and situations into our lives that we feel we do not want; the partner, the job, the life.

So what is the reason for this?

We actually want them. We need these experiences. We need these challenges. We need these people and these situations in order to get closer and closer to the truth of our Spirit.

Our subconscious mind is linked to our higher self. We may not always like that which we attract, but we attract it so that we can get to the point of consciously creating the reality that we desire to manifest. Attempting to consciously create when our subconscious mind is not in alignment will not work.

That’s why so many people do not attract that which they feel they desire; because deep down, they do not desire it. Deep down, their Spirit does not need it. Deep down, it is not in their pathway.

Our higher self knows exactly what it needs and it speaks to us through our subconscious. Therefore we are never lacking because we are always being guided to where we most need to go. Our growth is taken care of.  We already have everything. We are already being shown the way. We are being provided for. The Universe is providing and that is because the Universe is within you.

The goal may be to get to a point of consciously creating and manifesting the reality of our dreams. But we reach this point when we are ready. When our subconscious mind is in alignment with our conscious mind and we truly desire to manifest that which we consciously desire.

Not because we feel we should. Should is not the moment. Should is not our truth. Should is not our present. Should is what creates the struggle.

So why struggle? Why fight your subconscious? Why not trust your own internal wisdom? When you want something go for it. When you don’t, know that this is your Spirit guiding you. Bask in your truth, regardless of what it is and take the stress out of your life.

You are exactly where you need to be. Nothing in your life is an accident. You are not an accident. There are no mistakes. There are no wrongs. Even your resistance is part of the process.  We are simply spiritual beings being drawn to that which brings us back to our own magnificence and light.

Everything is Spirit and so everything is perfect.

That is why you are exactly where you need to be.
