8 Ways To Release Anxiety Mentally And Physically

We all have times when stress,anxiety and sleeplessness enter our lives, especially with everything that’s going on these days. The rhythm of our lives can become quite fast-paced, and at times it can all become overwhelming. If that is happening, we need to pay more attention to our bodies, respect and honour them.

The body, heart, mind – they are all linked together. Stress and anxiety are not not only in your mind! They can manifest in our bodies as well! 

Put simply, anxiety is a sense of fear and apprehension that puts you on alert. Biologically, it’s meant to put us in a heightened sense of awareness so we’re prepared for potential threats. Unfortunately, when we start to feel excessive anxiety, or we live in a constant state of anxiety, we’re in trouble. Our bodies never turn off our fight or flight response, and we live with the physical and emotional effects of anxiety on a day to day basis, even when there’s no reason or cause for them.

On its face, anxiety can look like stress; but the reality isn’t so simple. Anxiety can arise as a result of stress, but stress can manifest in other ways. Stressors can make a person sad, angry, worried, or anxious, while anxiety is specifically that feeling of fear, dread, and apprehension we mentioned. You may never even know what’s causing your anxiety, or in some cases, it can manifest on its own, without any real “trigger” or cause. Stress is often caused by external influences, while anxiety is an internal response. That’s part of what makes anxiety intrinsically different than stress, and also what makes it so difficult to manage.

However, there are many ways to not only manage stress and anxiety, but release it, or at least reduce it till the point where it no longer impacts our day-to-day lives.

As I’ve mentioned above, we can’t heal an imbalance only on a physical level, or only on a mental level. It’s all connected, which is why I’m going to provide with information on remedies for the physical(body), as well as for the mental (mind).

Here are the natural remedies to heal anxiety and stress:

  1. Chamomile Tea – The most recent study, from the UK’s University of Nottingham Medical School, found that chamomile significantly relaxed blood vessels and smooth muscle fibers. This effect was indicated specifically with the application of three of chamomile’s central constituents, apigenin, luteolin and bisabolol – all hydroxylates. Traditional herbalists will typically recommend the use of anti-anxiety herbs such as chamomile, lavender, St. John’s wort and others over a period of three months to a year in order for them to reach their full effectiveness. After that, they are often recommended to be continued at least periodically or as needed. The good news about chamomile, as evidenced by this and other studies, is that it has no known adverse side effects and is non-addictive. This is in stark contrast to anti-depressant pharmaceuticals, some of which are known for being significantly addictive in addition to having numerous other adverse effects.
  2. Exercise – Exercise will not only make you feel better about yourself, but will flood your body with feel-good endorphins. Some researchers even believe that increasing your body heat, a natural result of exercise, may alter neural circuits controlling cognitive function and mood, including those that affect the neurotransmitter serotonin. Researchers believe this response can boost your mood, increase relaxation, and alleviate anxiety.
  3. Natural sunlight – This is the best way to naturally increase your vitamin-D levels, which can decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety. A short 15 minute break will not only take your mind of stress, but also let you reap the benefits of outdoor activity. And the greener the better—one Japanese study found that people who walked through a forest for 20 minutes had lower stress hormone levels after their walk than those who took a comparable walk in an urban area. If you’re stuck in an urban area, look for parks or quiet tree-lined streets to take a stroll.
  4. Eat foods that reduce anxiety – Asparagus, Blueberries, Avocado, Almonds, Oranges and Spinach are some of the foods that dissolve anxiety

Or, get an ice cube. Hold it as long as you can do it.”Why does this work? “Your brain can’t be in two places at once,” he says. The activity distracts you from the anxious feelings. “Your mind will shift from racing, catastrophic thoughts [that accompany anxiety] to the cold ice cube in your hand,” he says.According to some research, using a virtual reality distraction system can reduce anxiety during dental procedures. Patients immersed in VR — a computer-generated realistic environment — reported less pain and anxiety than when they didn’t use it.
  3. Laugh it off. Cultivate a good sense of humor and laugh, says  Karen Lynn Cassiday, PhD, president-elect of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America and a clinical psychologist in Chicago.  “Even if you do a fake laugh, you get an instant hit of dopamine,” says Dr. Cassiday. Dopamine is a brain chemical that controls feelings of reward and pleasure.If you’re too tense to laugh on your own, try using technology, she suggests. For example, find a laugh track phone app. Just google phone apps for laughing.In a study presented at a medical meeting, Loma Linda University researchersfound that even anticipating a mirthful laugh reduces the stress hormone cortisol, which increases when you are anxious.
  4. Schedule relaxation. “Sit down and look at your schedule,” says Katherine Raymer, MD, ND, associate clinical professor of naturopathic medicine at Bastyr University, Seattle.”Is there a time to put in a half hour to do whatever you do that is relaxing?” Dr. Raymer asks. That can be a walk, meditation, yoga, tai chi or anything you find relaxing. It is becoming more and more known that certain chemicals affect a big part of the world population in an undesirable way. There have been many scientific studies that have shown a link between chemicals and some mental disorders  labeled as autism or ADHD.

An example would be the research published in The Lancet by researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS). If things do not go as planned, let them. You are not doing anything wrong, you are not failing, but the opposite. What is required is to be like water, to flow like a river. The river flows. If it hits a stone, it doesn’t stop, it just changes course. It adapts graciously. What is asked of you in these moments is to do the same. Try maintaining your equilibrium through the chaos as much as you can. This is not an easy task, but your present and presence awareness is your best buddy. Do your best to see things for what they really are, from the perspective of the detached observer/higher self perspective. The chaos is merely a sign that things are changing for you, for all. The old is dissolving, for the new to come in and everything is truly in alignment with the highest outcome of all. When you sit with yourself in a moment of inner quietude, you will undoubtly know it as well. Be the physical embodiment of this truth. What makes you a master of the new earth is first of all the willingness to be one and the dedication and perseverence to maintain it.

We have all the capability to create and manifest from a place of universal boundlessness. At first there is a choice, followed by an intention, a release of limitations if there are, eventually an expansion and a natural organic creation of a new reality.

So, here I am, giving you the key I’ve been given. What do you do with it ? You are reading these words because you are ready to use the key. You being ready is different than proactively use them. That is all up to you, to pick up the keys and open the door. You receiving all this awareness is a wonderful blessing. You have the great cosmic pool of light energy in front of you. Are you going to take a dip in this pool of love ? You make that decisions naturally through the frequency and vibration you choose to embody in every moment.

On the 12th of October, we’ve had a new moon in Libra. All I can say is I did not see that one coming. I always felt new moons are powerful gateways, but this one was a big changemaker! The change making was supported by Mercury going direct, which is like a green light in traffic, a go ahead omen.

Things are going to take shape from now on, your newly aquired assignments will reveal themselves to you step by step. By the end of the year, we are going to become a lot more accustomed to our new suits. Simply be authentic and flow. Honour yourself, honour your passions and do your best to take the necessary steps towards that which you truly enjoy.

At the same time, we are going through healing of the divine masculine. It’s the masculine that needs more transformation, healing, integration and balancing than the feminine. The masculine healing/transformation can be anything from self-empowerment, a deeper embodiment of Divine Will, balanced harmoniously by the other two flames – Love and Wisdom – that make up the threefold flame, which we all hold, but usually it’s extremely imbalanced. We are naturally coming into a more harmonious threefold flame balance now. Any unhealed issues with father figures might surface. Forgiveness and compassion are always the best ways of healing. The masculine and feminine are archetypes. It’s helpful to think of masculine and feminine in terms of energy and human embodiment, however at some point we need to let go of those archetypes and what we think they mean as well. The Soul is androgynous, being your most authentic self is always coming from the Soul. At the end of the day, it’s all You. But there are merely different states of authentic Soul essence embodiment.

In these moments we are in, we are unifying and balancing our masculine and feminine energies. It’s not that the these two archetypes complete each other, they work in unison. It’s synergy.

Codependent relationships might dissolve as the old earth relationship “templates” and energy exchange are pretty much dysfunctional and no longer serve the highest good. They will continue only as long as people require the learning lessons from them, but they are becoming less and less frequent, we can see it everywhere. New earth relationships are transparent and based on equality, pure love, however that expresses itself, however it blossoms into our being and on the outer plane, in our relationships.

Our bodies are being brought back into their initial crystalline/pristine state. Our cellular structure is being purified of remnants of the illusion that’s been stored in the body’s intelligence – the cellular memory. Bear in mind that our bodies have many layers, and we also have multiple bodies. We are just now becoming familiar with  functioning harmoniously in our body connected to all our bodies, in multiple dimensions, on multiple planes of existence. We are only beginning to grasp it. There is a lot of excitement building up around that area, because I feel the light quotient of Earth is now able to support a deeper embodiment of our multi-dimensionality as human beings. When I spoke of recalibration I was talking about our light bodies as well, we are literally bringing more light within, we are recalibrating it as in balancing, integrating and anchoring it within us, and inevitably into the planet.

However, this does not happen over night, it’s a process and it requires a nurturing and nourishing attitude towards our bodies, ourselves in general.

5 Ways To Maintain Your Body Free Of Toxins

I think we’re all aware by now that some of the things we’ve taken into our body, consciously or unconsciously, weren’t necessarily what our body needed. Our bodies are also shifting from carbon-based to a crystalline-based system, therefore a certain physical purification is necessary as well. Ascension is touching every aspect of ourselves and our lives, the physical is as important as every other aspect, in fact, a very important one.

Our bodies have the intelligent system to detox themselves, but we also have to consciously make sure we use that system at its best, that we maintain an optimum function and a smooth energy flow. Therefore, the fewer the toxins, the better. To facilitate this physical purification I gathered the most simple ways we can do that:

  1. Drink a lot of water, preferably with lemon. – The reasons are obvious and varied, but specifically in terms of detox, the lemon helps re-hydrate the system and promotes digestion, which will help the flow of waste out of your body.
  2. Exercise. – Get up from your sofa and jog for a few minutes, it doesn’t even have to be long, do some stretches, go on a hike or anything that encourages circulation in the blood and lymph system. Even if it’s only 20 minutes a day, or even a week, but try not to let one week pass without exercising. It’s a proven fact that people who exercise regularly have far fewer toxins in their system. I feel that what’s really important is to find the balance and not overuse sugar or any other things for that matter. It’s like with everything else; if it’s overused, it eventually becomes like a drug, therefore it’s not very beneficial to us. Even the thought that something is unhealthy, is more unhealthy than that something itself. I feel that we tend to imbalance our physical bodies more with dysfunctional thought patterns, than with food, drinks or pollution. In fact, the foods, drinks, pollution from the outer that we consider harmful are creations from the inner, from the unconscious of the collective. They have been created from fear.

What I’m saying is that, I personally feel that in all matters of this kind; food, or drinks, try to maintain a balanced attitude towards it instead of exaggerating with strict diets or anything like that, but again this is a personal reference. I won’t deny the blissful experience of eating a doughnut in it, because it has too much sugar, just saying.

The Emergence Of Self-Healing

Since there’a detox – purification – healing theme in the air and has been for a while, I thought it’s a good idea to share some information on how to ease or completely heal ourselves of “dis-ease,” to allow the natural process of detoxification to occur.

As the body becomes more sensitive, lighter, we might experience a greater sensitivity to toxins and other man made substances that are a result of a lower vibrational thought form creation. Worry not about it, our bodies are not as fragile as previously thought. Our bodies are intelligent, they are the result of eons of constant evolution. Even after so many decades of technology, information, discoveries, the modern human hasn’t been able to explore all the human body is. Why is that, you may ask ?

It’s still constantly evolving, now more than ever. Our body is made up of the most Intelligent Consciousness. Consciousness expands. We put limits to our bodies, we think we are limited to the body, we think that the body is a limit, but is it so? Aren’t these thoughts the  limitations and not the body ? Reflect profoundly on these questions. Do you hold any limiting thought patterns in your unconscious ?

We begin the self-healing when we release and let go of those patterns. That’s when your body’s natural self-healing mechanisms are being activated to their full potential.

This is a process, expect not full healing to happen over night. Patience, self-love and nurturing is needed, embodied. The body has been put through a lot of dysfunction in our many lifetimes, it gathered a lot of cellular memory that needs to be transformed into the light. We programmed our minds with many unconscious limitations. Our bodies picked up on those thinking patterns and shaped itself after those limits as well. Not to say, that the mind is the one in charge of everything, our consciousness is. Consciousness is everything we are, however it expresses itself in our human experience (mind, body, heart etc), therefore when the mind is really imbalanced and stuck in dysfunction, it is most likely to imbalance other things in there, such as the physical body, therefore  “,dis-ease” appears.

When we let go of the  patterns, we naturally transform and unify within. We reach deeper, more harmonious states of balance on every level, that’s when the deep healing really occurs. Of course, firstly, in order to let go of something, we need to be aware of what that something is. This awareness will bring clarity and ways to transform out of our psyche that which no longer serves us.

These imbalances “, dis-eases, ” on the other hand, are usually hiding some sort of blessing in them. Some have been pre-agreed, according to the individual’s wishes, choices and growth; some are showing you the areas in your life you need to become more conscious of, that might need some sort of work or healing.  Sometimes they facilitate the embodiment of something you need to embody in this lifetime. There could be many reasons and they might differ from individual to individual. We have to be able to allow the experience to show us why it manifested in the first place. Why is it trying to show us ?

That is why it is of extreme importance to be able to trust your intuition/guidance first and foremost, be aware and the rest will follow. The steps that need to be taken into healing yourself will be revealed to you, if that is what you intend to and hold no blocks of self-healing.

Loving yourself will “do the trick. ” It is how you make sure you allow the healing to occur, because when you truly love yourself, you can only want what’s best for you and intrinsically for all. That’s what the foundation of your creations will be based on, therefore unwanted manifestations will be less and less frequent, until there are no more.

Ascension Guidance: Maintaining A Healthy Physical Body

 Nowadays, with all the chemicals in our food, toxins in the air and all other polluting factors, it is necessary to put some effort in keep your body as clean as possible. To do that, I’ve put together some information I received on my journey of discovering what maintaining a healthy body means in this new era in which our bodies are being upgraded massively to hold higher vibrational frequency – crystalline body – while bearing in mind that we are only beginning to discover more about our body original blueprint.

From a higher perspective, we cannot look at our bodies now as only physical, or only energy as they are in the process of merging on a very subtle, fine vibrational level. What I’ve come to realize is that maintaining an optimum health won’t be achieved without being aware of energy, of self and the flow of your body, so here are the three tips and aspects of body healing and nurturing I feel are the most important:

1. Listen to your body – Our bodies way of functioning is unique to each individual, they need different things at different times, they react “negatively” to different things and “positively” to others,  which is why listening to your body is essential. But what does it mean to listen to your body ? For me, it means bringing my presence in the Now moment and observing how my body reacts to different influences from the outside (food, people, etc), but also how my body reacts to my own thoughts and feelings. It means that I use my intuition/inner guidance to understand my body’s needs, whether it needs more sleep, more water, a certain substance or nutrient etc. Try not to judge as negative the way your body is reacting to different things sometimes, but try to understand the reason behind it, as your body is showing you them to correct and improve its functioning. That’s why I put negatively and positively in quotation marks above.

Most importantly, try not to perceive negatively the waves of light we are receiving these days. Many people are currently experiencing the so called “ascension symptoms” all the time now. That includes pain in certain areas, intolerance to certain things,  etc. Your body is showing you the areas that need even more nurturing, so when you are experiencing, let’s say, a migraine, your body is showing you the area you need to focus more on it, it needs more nurturing.

There are plenty of natural remedies for everything, available to everyone to smooth ascension symptoms. With all that being said, the pain comes up because  lower vibrational dualistic energy has been stored in the cells throughout time, so the energies that are incoming, flowing through each and every one of us, are bringing up the energy to be transmuted into a higher expression. Your body is naturally trying to make you aware of it. Whenever you feel pain in some area ask your team for assistance, ask for the block to be revealed, released and transmuted in the highest light aligned with your highest good. So it will be.

2. Balanced Diet – Try to obtain the nutrients, proteins, fats, carbohydrates etc. through the food you eat and liquids you drink, so eating organically is recommended. Your body needs more of these super foods especially now as the higher vibrational energies can be a bit tough on the body. At the same time, don’t deny yourself the pleasure of this earthly life, such as simply having a chocolate whenever you feel like it, just cause it has sugar, unless there’s a medical condition involved. Moderation is key, but this depends of each individual and how they find and apply the balance in their own lives. Yes, eating organically is good for your light body but also eating what you enjoy is good for the Soul.

3. Awareness – Most of the time it’s belief systems, limiting thought patterns, stress and anxiety that are making us sick on more levels, physical included. It’s not the food, not pollution, not anything, but the dysfunctional thinking patterns we hold towards them that’s either blocking the physical healing process or slowing it down. So release these, observe yourself in the present moment of now and transcend them because you can. There are many ways to do that, pick your preferable one. On The Power Within Us we’ve already posted many articles, videos and meditations to guide you through this inner transformation and more will be posted, just do some research if you feel guided to do so.

Be aware of your creator abilities, your unlimited potential and take responsability for the vibration and frequency you align yourself with and you align to other things as that is what you will create and manifest. Energy flows where attention goes.

The Sirius Transmission And The Multi-Dimensional Light Body Upgrade : Star Seed Transmissions 2015

I have synchronistically stumbled upon this article of Celia Fenn from February, that I feel is quite relevant for the moments we are in right now, especially with the Sirian Light codes we’ve been receiving recently and are integrating now.  Enjoy:

” February has been a most intense month in terms of Energy shifts and transformations.  This seems to be a new pattern, as February 2014 was also intense and powerful.  The year the energy has intensified through this month, culminating on the 22nd of February 2015.  This has not been a Solar phenomenon alone. although the Sun has been in the process of activating a new Light Body structure as well, but the primary source of these transmissions is the Star system of Sirius.

Sirius has been a part of the creation and evolution of Earth for many star cycles.  There is a “partnership” between the Sirian Council of Light and The Earth Councils that has been renewed to allow the Sirian Masters and Teachers to continue to provide their expertise and guidance on matters of Light Body evolution and design.  The Sirian Master Teachers, acting through the Atlantean and Egyptian Sacred Schools, imparted to Earth an understanding of the nature of the creation techniques used by the Elohim and and the Archangels, as well as the design and function of the Human Angelic Light Body and its relationship to Time and Space within different Dimensional Frameworks.

In this most recent partnership, the Sirian Masters have assisted in transmitting into the New Earth Diamond Grids the Light Codes for the first Major upgrade of the Diamond Light Body.  This upgrade is intended to fine tune the Light Body for its new function as a Multi-Dimensional Vehicle of Light.  Intense waves of Light are being transmitted from Sirius that carry the wave patterns and frequencies of the new Light Body calibrations.

This has been one of the reasons why there has been so much snow in the northern hemisphere.  The Light Codes are being held and transmitted in the crystalline shapes of the snow crystals.  This vibration and pattern is then transmitted into the Earth where it becomes part of the Earth’s Memory Bank that is held in the Crystalline Diamond “Data Bank” at the center of the Planet.

The information is being transmitted and received primarily through the Polar Star Gates at the Arctic and Antarctic.  This means primary transmissions are being received by Lapland and Northern Russia, as well as Canada, and by the Southern countries of New Zealand, Australia, Argentina and South Africa.  Powerful waves of incoming Light Codes are being grounded by Light Warriors and Light Workers in these places, as well as by others in strategic Sacred Sites and Cities on the Earth.

Feeling the Effects

Everyone will feel the effects of this incoming transmission to some extent, especially if they are also sensitive to Solar radiation.  But the effects of the Sirian wave will be felt only in so far as the Pineal Gland is active and working to receive the transmission.  A person whose Pineal gland is inactive will feel the waves as instability and anger and collective “irritation”.  If the Pineal Gland is engaged and working to transmit the energies, then the symptoms will be different.

The Pineal gland will receive the powerful Light Codes and then transmit them into the Light Body and the DNA structures of the physical body.  Because the “voltage”of the Light Codes is so high, there may be side effects such as dizziness, nausea, insomnia,muscle spasms, anxiety and bad dreams.  These will be temporary symptoms as the Body and Light Body adjust to the new frequencies that are enabling Multi-Dimensional consciousness as a “real” experience.

This is an image of the Sirian “Eye of Horus” symbol that was taught to initiates in the Ancient Egyptian Mystery Schools by the Sirian Masters.  The image shows how the Pineal Gland in the Human Brain was the primary location for Creation and Manifestation, which was the meaning and purpose of the “Eye of Horus” symbol.

So, when the Eye of Horus or Pineal Gland is powerfully activated by Light transmissions from the Star system of Sirius, it means that a powerful energy of Creation and manifestation is under way.  The Earth Councils are receiving New Templates for Higher Forms of LIfe and Consciousness on Earth.

So, you will understand that the more powerfully you are feeling the effects, the more you are a part of this wave of New Earth Reality creation.  Those who are not receiving the transmissions will continue with their lives in the Reality framework that they know, until they are ready to graduate to the Multi-Dimensional framework that is being implemented right now.

There are many Guardians and Spirit Helpers busy right now, the primary one being the Archangels and the Dolphin/Cetacean Angels.

The Dolphin Angels are Beings of Light that come from the Andromeda Galaxy via Sirius to work with the Earth.  They carry the Golden Light Frequency of the Christ Consciousness, as well as the Diamond Light Frequency that is needed for Multi-Dimensional travel.  They are Guardians and Masters of the Time Loops and Time Spirals that are the basis for a Mastery of Time Travel and Creation in the HIgher Frequencies.  Their Loving energy is assisting Humanity to begin the Mastery of Time Travel and Higher consciousness.

The New Light Body and the Time/Space Recalibration

The New Light Body upgrade creates a Multi-Dimensional Geometric vehicle of Gold and Diamond Light.  This vehicle is composed of “Grid” levels and “Flow” levels that allow the Being to shift between the different dimensions of Light and Consciousness, while still staying grounded and centered in the Heart/Earth Star/Earth Heart Connection that is vital for life in the New Reality.

The “Grid” levels are geometric structures that create the Templates for a specific dimension, and the Light Body allows the person to connect into that dimensions if the grids are in place.

The “Flow” dimensions are constituted of pure energy that flows between the grids and can be experienced as movement and emotion/feelings.

These two aspects of the Light Body work together to create the Multi-Dimensional Vehicle.  This vehicle is centered on the Heart, and it is from here that all Conscious Creation originates as the center of Balance.  When you are in that Heart Center, then you are in the Space of No Time and No Space, the Divine Consciousness of Love and Compassion.  When you begin a Creation you begin to work with Time and Space, depending on the level you have chosen and the creation that you wish to bring forth.

As you become accustomed to this “recalibration” you will release the old 3D notion of time as a linear flow from past to present to future, and you will begin to see that Time is a Spiral or circular energy that can move in any direction at any moment depending on individual and collective choice.

This image gives the clearest expression to the idea of Time and Space Flow in a Multi-Dimensional context.  Past and Future are always in Flux, and you can at any moment be moving towards either the “past” or the “future”, or both simultaneously.

You can exist in many realties and timelines simultaneously, and the choices that you make will affect your essence and being in all of them.  The choice you make define your Reality in the Now Moment….the Fulcrum of all Time and Space.

As you work with these new upgrades and you begin to embody the new Light Body, you will open to the realization and perception of the Multiplicity of experience and being.  Some of you will become fully conscious Time Travelers and you will begin to move between parallel lifetimes in a conscious way.  You will begin to understand how the future shapes the past from the present, and you will become empowered to participate in this ongoing creation of Light and Love. You will embrace all that you are and the “Magic” of your Being on all levels of creation and light.

Meditation and Activation to Embody the New Light Body Upgrades from Sirius

As you embody this new light from Sirius, the Sirian Masters inform us that it is very important to do deep breathing as you focus the energies.  The Heart Center is under pressure to integrate the full power of the Light Codes, so breathing into the lungs helps to expand and balance this area of the Body and Light Body.

Find a quiet place to sit.  It is better to sit for this meditation than to lie down, as the powerful energies need to flow down your spine and into the Earth.

Focus into your Heart center and begin with deep breathing…….breathing in and out and allowing your breathing to slow down until your body is quite relaxed.  Open your personal channel into the Earth through your Base Chakra and down into the Earth Star Chakra and into the Heart of the Earth.  Breathe in harmony with the pulsations of the Heart of the Earth Mother as she aligns with the Cosmic Heart.

Bring that Energy back to your Heart and breathe deeply.  Now, open the channel upwards through the Crown Chakra and the Soul Star Chakra and up to the Cosmic Hear, breathing in harmony with the Divine Heart.  Bring your focus back to your Heart.  Now you are aligned and grounded. You can now call in the Sirian Masters, the Dolphin Angels, the Archangel and the Elohim, if you so wish, to work with you, or any Star Masters that you wish to assist you at this time.

Open your Pineal Gland to receive the Light Code transmissions from Sirius.  As the Light floods the Pineal Gland and moves through the body, keep breathing deeply and grounding the energy through your body and into the Earth.

Just simply keep breathing and grounding, until your body feels balanced and calm.  You may need to continue doing this throughout the day until the Light Codes are integrated.

Also, you may need to rest, sleep and enjoy quiet time alone.  Drink lots of water and stay hydrated.

Bathe or shower frequently.  You may enjoy a bath in Pink Himalayan Salt Crystals.

Good crystals to work with are Diamond and Herkimer Diamonds, Clear Quartz, Tanzanite, Lapis Lazuli, Azeztulite, Golden Tourmaline and Black Tourmaline and Obsidian. Or whatever crystal companions call to you at this time. “
