Dreaming The Dream Or Living The Dream ?

Greetings!

Much is unfolding, even when everything appears to be still. There is action in movement, but there is action in stillness as well. On the 8th of February, we’ve experienced a new moon in Aquarius, the contemplator, the reflector with the focus on the inner planes, balanced beautifully and harmoniously by planets that set the wheels in motion, such as Mars in Scorpio.  On the same day, the chinese new year has been celebrated, the year of the monkey. Whenever such events are manifested in the outer, they mark a greater significance. In this case, the completion of a cycle and the beginning of a new one.

Over that past couple of weeks, we’ve integrated profound understandings, we’ve unified aspects of ourselves and we got deeper in the self-mastery process through experience. I read this energy in themes and the overall themes of it were surrender, along with acceptance, constant transformation and embodiment of our Soul  core essence. It’s not that this is stopping, expansion is continuous, but there are certain completion points for the things we’ve been working on.

As I’ve mentioned, we’ve been pushed to surrender all the resistance we might have held. This was needed, because there are experiences that we perceive as “negative.” The moment we perceived them so, we denied them. We deny the experiences that we came here for in the first place, instead of working through them. Let say, for example, you find yourself at a job that you don’t like, so you go” I don’t like this. I never wanted this, why is this happening? I don’t want this.” and from there you start denying the experience, you try to escape it, instead of embracing it. But in truth, this job was created by you, for you in order to learn something from it that is most likely for you Soul growth. Maybe there is a relationship at your work place that benefits you, or certain skills you need to aquire from it that will benefit you on the long term.

Bottom line is, your experiences reflect you and they usually hold a greater purpose than you can think of. Sometimes, we don’t know everything and we don’t see the bigger picture, but know that all the experiences that are often perceived as “negative” might hold a rare gem that yearns to be discovered and some of these experiences can be truly life changing in the most beautiful and transformative ways you can think of.

Knowing this, we can accept what life has to offer fearlessly, we can accept life as it is, surrender. It doesn’t mean hardships are necessary or that struggling is necessary. It means that the sooner we accept life as it is, the faster we move into the natural flow of creation and the easier it will be to move through challenges, just like the swan paddles across the water – with grace.

From there on, we can make the best of every experience we have in every moment. Work with what you have now, not what you think you should have. If the experience is there, it means there is a good reason for it. We can spend time dreaming about how things should be and how if the circumstances were different we would be happier, while we are missing the dream that is already being played out by us, for us. We are missing the moment of now and that way, we are missing out a big part of life itself. Dreaming the dream might give some sense of hope, I understand, but living the dream is the ultimate happiness. No one, ever, can teach you how to be happy or how to live, unless you figure that out yourself.

Life is not happening to you, you are life/creation itself. You make creation happen and the moment you truly realise and embody that realisation, you activate a little bit more of your potential as a human co-creator being, which is life changing in itself. Often time, not the most visible change, but by far one of the most profound one. After this realisation, comes the mastery. There might be moments when you feel hopeless, helpless and disempowered. In those moments use this newly(or not so newly)aquired awareness of your potential and tune into the higher truths of the Soul. It’s like switching from a boring radio station, to one where they play your favourite tracks.

These words are only meant to guide you towards living the dream, but it’s always our job to actually do it, to be truly alive.

I hope this makes sense.

Guided Meditation: Chakra Clearing And Grounding

” The seven chakras when awakened cause a transformation of consciousness, and physical changes in the body. The body will experience ultimate health and the mind will posses a “Knowing” not of this world. An awakened chakra spins or turns, and the sensation can be felt in the body. Chakras is a Sanskrit word meaning, “wheels or disks of energy.”

The kundalini energy that travels through the seven chakras of the body is called prana. Prana is the vital life-force energy…the spark of life within us. Without prana, there is no life.

The visual rendering of the seven chakra symbols was achieved beyond the Earthly senses and came about as a knowing from realized people who had achieved balance in the main chakras.

Kundalini or Shakti energy is known in all shamanic cultures around the world as the “divinizing or spiritualizing energy” in a human being. It’s the dormant energy that rests at the base of the spine waiting for the chakras to align in harmony to awaken it.

When this awakening begins, the kundalini energy activates each of the seven chakras as they are ready. The movement starts at the Root Chakra. Awakening and a new higher levels of consciousness are achieved as this vital energy rises through the other chakras.

“Kundalini has come to mean seat of fire – with the Goddess burning her way through any blocks She finds.” Wheels of Life, Anodea Judith

Problems with the seven chakras individually or in conjunction show themselves through physical ailments within the body.

What causes the blockages in the seven chakras?

The causes could be memories buried deep within the subconscious mindfrom childhood trauma, abuse, a learned restrictive belief system, emotional injuries that haven’t been forgiven or just lack of attention can cause a chakra to shut down. Tension builds up at one of the chakras from repeated denial, guilt, repression and unfelt emotions. Eventually, everything is affected from posture, metabolism, breathing, and emotional state. Disease in the body is caused by chronically repeated blocked pranic energy.

These seven chakras hold all the good and bad thoughts, deeds, and actions you’ve committed in all of your souls lifetimes here on earth. It’s the repression of emotions that causes pain, suffering, and disease.

Accepting your rejected feelings…feeling them deeply  and forgiving are the keys to healing your soul and dis-ease. “

Amazing Guided Meditation For Acceptance And Self-Love

” This meditation encourages you to accept your feelings of sadness and anger while also helping you release them in a non-judgmental, self-loving way. It then leads you into manifesting a healthier body and accepting growth and change. “

This meditation is perfect for the theme we are collectively experiencing related to acceptance, embracement and self-love. Liberating!

Excerpt from  Ascension Guidance: Summer Solstice Transmission ” Work on the shadow self is not excluded these times either, it is actually quite probable that happens. It is time to accept, embrace, love and transcend certain aspects of ourselves that until now  felt too uncomfortable to deal with, so we ignored them. You are whole, but in order to become wholy-er, you have to acknowledge and embrace all you are. See yourself through the eyes of divine perfection, not through the mind’s perception. All this is a beautiful process though, but not the easiest one. This shadow work is done on an individual level, but also on a collective one, as they go hand-in-hand. The collective shadow work can be quite intense, as we’ve gathered a lot of “shadows” throughout the milleniums, so make sure you nurture yourself through it. “

The Balance Between Giving And Receiving

Giving and receiving are actions we all do every day, either consciously or unconsciously. We are constantly exchanging energy, whether it is with other people, animals, our environment, the planet etc. That is just how the Universe works. What is most important is to find the balance between giving and receiving and that balance comes naturally when the blockages related to these two actions are being released.

As always, it all starts within yourself.

Most people who put themselves in positions that require selfless service and altruism are constantly giving, without expecting anything in return, which is totally fine. However, when it comes to receiving, they are extremely resistant, which is not healthy. This has the energy of the old paradigm that was based on self-sacrifice, which has nothing to do with the higher vibrational states of being. When you constantly give, give, give you might find that there will be nothing left for you to give to yourself and when you constantly take, you become a bit like a needy energy vampire. Both of these imbalances can be lethal to your well-being.

Being a giver, doesn’t make you a better person, and being a taker doesn’t make you a bad person. Those are two outdated concepts. In truth, it’s all about the energy and finding the balance between these two actions, as that leads to a harmonious flow and exchange of energy.

We need to transcend self-sacrifice into a higher form of divine service that is based on love and harmony with the self. If this resistance to receiving is not released, it can be manifested as a block in many areas of one’s life.

Best example would be the flow of abundance. In order for abundance to flow easily and harmoniously, a balance between giving and receiving is needed. When you resist receiving or you are not open to giving, abundance won’t be expressed in your life as it’s supposed to, it won’t flow freely.  Same goes for relationships. There has to be a healthy exchange of energy in order for a relationship to last and be solid.

giving_and_receiving

On a deeper level, most blockages and challenges related to the imbalance between giving and receiving come from the lack of self-love.

When you truly love yourself, not in the narcissistic/arrogant way, but as in a profound feeling of appreciation, complete acceptance and embracement of all you are as a Source spark, “flaws” and all, you want what is best for you and, inevitably, you want what’s best for everybody. The way you treat yourself, is the way you will treat others as well.

So, when love is flowing through you, that is when you give without expecting anything in return and when you love yourself, you will give love to yourself as well and will be open to receiving it, no matter how it will be expressed in your life. Love takes many shapes, it could simply be the smile of a stranger, or the compliment of a friend.

The basic idea is that, it all starts with loving yourself and the rest will take care of itself.

Have a blissful day and thank you for reading,
