We all have to start somewhere; sometimes things aren’t straightforward and clear. However, if you got here it is for a reason. So maybe one of these tutorials can help you unlock a part of your journey.
Our aim is to assist, with the intention of making things more accessible and clear if you are looking for specific ways to raise your vibration and take part in the process towards a better world.
This Guided Meditation will lead you through your subconscious to a place where you are comfortable in social situations and feeling more confident in yourself. By connecting with the subconscious in this way you are more likely to feel that confidence in your daily life.
You can then take it a step further with the Freedom Release Technique and clear limiting subconscious beliefs that could be sabotaging your efforts to build confidence and be more relaxed in social situations.
This is a transcendental meditation as it was originally taught centuries ago. Transcendental meditations always have a breath rhythm and a hand mudra linked to the mantra. In the yogic scriptures, there are six pages written to tell the benefits of this single kriya. It allows you to control the senses and thoughts. It balances the life nerves of prana and apana so that your health is improved and the lung capacity is increased. Once your lung capacity in normal breathing is over 700 cc’s, your personality changes. The extra capacity sends an increased vital force to the nervous system with each breath. Nerves that are strong give you patience. In this exercise, the body maintains a perfect equilibrium in carbon dioxide and oxygen exchange. The pressure on the tongue causes the thyroid and parathyroid glands to secrete.
As taught by Yogi Bhajan
I have included a second meditation at the end called “I Am – a meditation into being”
his mantra connects the finite and Infinite identities. The first “I Am” that emphasizes the “I” is the personal and finite sense of self. The second “I Am” that emphasizes slightly the “Am” is the impersonal and transcendent sense of the Self. All real mantras blend this polarity of the Infinite and finite in their internal structure and design. If you only say the first “I Am,” the mind will automatically try to answer, “I am what?” This sends the mind on a search through all the categories and roles that hold the finite identities. If you immediately say the second part of the mantra, “I Am” the thought becomes “I Am what I Am.” To be what you are is the essence of truth and will lead you to the nature of Reality.
The hand and the breath move in rhythm and strengthen your ability to maintain a sense of self as your awareness expands. A yogi cultivates the relationship between the finite sense of the self and the infinite sense of the Self. The mind often forgets this relationship when it becomes attached to a particular emotion or object that it wants to keep. One of the important habits the yogi instills in the mind is the ability to break that trance of attachment by a shift to the perspective of Infinity. This is also the perspective of Being. You exist before the objects you collect and even before the body that you use. It is very powerful and effective to remind the mind of your true identity with your Infinite Being. Without this awareness, then philosophy, ethics, and spirituality will reduce to ritual participation in the “good.” What the yogi seeks is to participate in life with authenticity and wholeness.

This guided meditation will assist you to explore the healing that can take place when we simply allow this process to occur, that is when we are in a state of relaxation, calmness, surrender and openness, which is our natural state of being.
Our body is naturally gifted with the ability to heal itself. This process is, however, hindered by thought patterns and beliefs we have integrated as a result of “lack” of awareness. We believed that we are embodied in these fragile bodies that are doomed to sickness and all sorts of diseases. The truth is far from that. Transcending these beliefs we assumed were true, will naturally trigger the body’s healing. This is a process and it doesn’t happen over night, it is a gradual process.
As we step into higher and higher states of consciousness, so our bodies are being returned to their pristine state, the original blueprint. We might notice that we don’t get sick as often, don’t catch a cold as often and our bodies might feel easier, lighter than usual and working optimally.
Many successful people such as Steve Jobs and Steven Spielberg have listened to their intuition to create the lives that they were destined for. If you have ever wanted a deeper connection to your intuition then this hypnosis audio might help.
Why listening to our intuition is very important, you may ask ? Because through our intuition, we are guided towards that which serves our highest good always, no matter what it is. It is the compass that leads “home,” in a place where our deepest soulful passions merge harmoniously with our physical reality. Enjoy this meditation!

According to texts, the Om Namah Shivaya mantra bestows deep spiritual experiences and even boons (supernatural gifts).
The meaning of the chant is relatively simple:
Om- Before there was a universe, there was a vibrationless void of pure existence. Out of this void came the vibration which started the universe, which is known as Om.
Namah- This literally translate “to bow”.
Shivaya- This, of course, Shiva; but more than that, it means the inner self.
Personally, I’m not a big fan of anything related to any particular religion. However, I am a big fan of any creation that has the potential to awaken, inspire and soothe. As long as there is no attachment to the tool, as in not attaching our self-development to it, then using it can have some very beneficial effects.
As I listen and feel into this mantra, I can see it is a tool for self-empowerment, transformation, surrendering resistance and bringing our most authentic self to the surface. Simply listening or chanting it doesn’t do much, it’s like trying to drink water from a drained fountain.
It might bring a temporary feeling of growth, but the true lasting change always comes from within. So, alongside this mantra of transformation, use your own natural transformation skills.
We all have times when stress, anxiety and sleeplessness enter our lives, especially with everything that’s going on these days. The rhythm of our lives can become quite fast-paced, and at times it can all become overwhelming. If that is happening, we need to pay more attention to our bodies, respect and honour them.
The body, heart, mind – they are all linked together. Stress and anxiety are not not only in your mind! They can manifest in our bodies as well!
Put simply, anxiety is a sense of fear and apprehension that puts you on alert. Biologically, it’s meant to put us in a heightened sense of awareness so we’re prepared for potential threats. Unfortunately, when we start to feel excessive anxiety, or we live in a constant state of anxiety, we’re in trouble. Our bodies never turn off our fight or flight response, and we live with the physical and emotional effects of anxiety on a day to day basis, even when there’s no reason or cause for them.
On its face, anxiety can look like stress; but the reality isn’t so simple. Anxiety can arise as a result of stress, but stress can manifest in other ways. Stressors can make a person sad, angry, worried, or anxious, while anxiety is specifically that feeling of fear, dread, and apprehension we mentioned. You may never even know what’s causing your anxiety, or in some cases, it can manifest on its own, without any real “trigger” or cause. Stress is often caused by external influences, while anxiety is an internal response. That’s part of what makes anxiety intrinsically different than stress, and also what makes it so difficult to manage.
However, there are many ways to not only manage stress and anxiety, but release it, or at least reduce it till the point where it no longer impacts our day-to-day lives.
As I’ve mentioned above, we can’t heal an imbalance only on a physical level, or only on a mental level. It’s all connected, which is why I’m going to provide with information on remedies for the physical(body), as well as for the mental (mind).
Here are the natural remedies to heal anxiety and stress:
4 remedies for the body
Chamomile Tea – The most recent study, from the UK’s University of Nottingham Medical School, found that chamomile significantly relaxed blood vessels and smooth muscle fibers. This effect was indicated specifically with the application of three of chamomile’s central constituents, apigenin, luteolin and bisabolol – all hydroxylates. Traditional herbalists will typically recommend the use of anti-anxiety herbs such as chamomile, lavender, St. John’s wort and others over a period of three months to a year in order for them to reach their full effectiveness. After that, they are often recommended to be continued at least periodically or as needed. The good news about chamomile, as evidenced by this and other studies, is that it has no known adverse side effects and is non-addictive. This is in stark contrast to anti-depressant pharmaceuticals, some of which are known for being significantly addictive in addition to having numerous other adverse effects.
Exercise – Exercise will not only make you feel better about yourself, but will flood your body with feel-good endorphins. Some researchers even believe that increasing your body heat, a natural result of exercise, may alter neural circuits controlling cognitive function and mood, including those that affect the neurotransmitter serotonin. Researchers believe this response can boost your mood, increase relaxation, and alleviate anxiety.
Natural sunlight – This is the best way to naturally increase your vitamin-D levels, which can decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety. A short 15 minute break will not only take your mind of stress, but also let you reap the benefits of outdoor activity. And the greener the better—one Japanese study found that people who walked through a forest for 20 minutes had lower stress hormone levels after their walk than those who took a comparable walk in an urban area. If you’re stuck in an urban area, look for parks or quiet tree-lined streets to take a stroll.
Eat foods that reduce anxiety – Asparagus, Blueberries, Avocado, Almonds, Oranges and Spinach are some of the foods that dissolve anxiety
4 remedies for the mind
Face the fear. “If something makes you scared, face it,” says Cassiday. If you feel shy, go out to social functions, she says. Scared of clowns? Go to the circus. It can help, too, to understand that when you worry about what might happen — such as no one will talk to you at the party — your anxiety just rises. Your anxious worry is about the uncertainty, she says. “What a worrier really wants is a promise that everything is going to be OK.” But uncertainty is part of life, she says. Exposure therapy, or facing the fear, helps you learn to live with risk and uncertainty.
Ground yourself. When anxiety hits, ”do something tangible,” says John Tsilimparis, MFT, a marriage and family therapist in Los Angeles and adjunct professor of psychiatry at Pepperdine University.”Take your house keys out, run your fingers along the keys,” says Tsilimparis. “That sensation will give you ‘grounding.’ Pick up a paperweight, hold it in your hand. Or, get an ice cube. Hold it as long as you can do it.”Why does this work? “Your brain can’t be in two places at once,” he says. The activity distracts you from the anxious feelings. “Your mind will shift from racing, catastrophic thoughts [that accompany anxiety] to the cold ice cube in your hand,” he says.According to some research, using a virtual reality distraction system can reduce anxiety during dental procedures. Patients immersed in VR — a computer-generated realistic environment — reported less pain and anxiety than when they didn’t use it.
Laugh it off. Cultivate a good sense of humor and laugh, says Karen Lynn Cassiday, PhD, president-elect of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America and a clinical psychologist in Chicago. “Even if you do a fake laugh, you get an instant hit of dopamine,” says Dr. Cassiday. Dopamine is a brain chemical that controls feelings of reward and pleasure. If you’re too tense to laugh on your own, try using technology, she suggests. For example, find a laugh track phone app. Just google phone apps for laughing. In a study presented at a medical meeting, Loma Linda University researchersfound that even anticipating a mirthful laugh reduces the stress hormone cortisol, which increases when you are anxious.
Schedule relaxation. “Sit down and look at your schedule,” says Katherine Raymer, MD, ND, associate clinical professor of naturopathic medicine at Bastyr University, Seattle.”Is there a time to put in a half hour to do whatever you do that is relaxing?” Dr. Raymer asks. That can be a walk, meditation, yoga, tai chi or anything you find relaxing. Click here for good meditation to release anxiety.Researchers trying to help shy men with social anxiety found that a period of relaxation helped them, lowering their heart rates after they interacted with people.

It is becoming more and more known that certain chemicals affect a big part of the world population in an undesirable way. There have been many scientific studies that have shown a link between chemicals and some mental disorders labeled as autism or ADHD.
An example would be the research published in The Lancet by researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS). They proved that many industrial chemicals, including fluoride, are lowering IQ in children and can cause autism and other mental disorders, as well as many other serious health diseases.
The experts named around 12 of these neurotoxins that can be found in our environment, clothing, furniture, certain food and drinks, such as: manganese, fluoride, chlorpyrifos, mercury, lead, ethanol, arsenic, toluene, DDT/DDE etc.
A study in last year’s British Medical Journal estimated that perhaps 75% of most cancers are caused by environmental and lifestyle factors, including exposure to these chemicals.
Another report, this one by the Columbia University School of Public Health, estimated that 95% of cancer is caused by diet and environmental toxicity.
Some of the short- and long-term effects of these toxins include:
But the good news is there is always a way of healing the undesirable effects of these chemicals and the remedies can be found, as in most cases, in nature.
Spirulina, Chlorella, Cilantro, Wheatgrass and Garlic – These are the top 5 foods that will help you detoxify of heavy metals and toxins. There are many ways you can prepare these, as a tonic or a smoothie or just take them as they are daily. You can find online many recipes that include these incredible foods. My advice would be combining them for the best results. Each have a role for specific body parts, so mixing them would ensure that our whole body is being cleared. Detoxifying doesn’t take a day or two, don’t be dissappointed if you are not seeing results quickly. Our bodies have been heavily affected by toxic chemicals, it can take up to two or three months to get them out of our system, so we need to be committed to this process. Then we have to maintain our body as free of toxic chemicals as we can following the next steps.
Buy and eat as many organic foods as possible – In study after study, research from independent organizations consistently shows organic food is higher in nutrients than traditional foods. Research shows that organic produce is higher in vitamin C, antioxidants, and the minerals calcium, iron, chromium, and magnesium. On top of that, they are free of neurotoxins(most neurotoxins are considered pesticides). Eighteen percent of all genetically-modified seeds (and therefore foods that grow from them) are engineered to produce their own pesticides. Research shows that these seeds may continue producing pesticides inside your body once you’ve eaten the food grown from them. Try and eat at least one organic meal a day. This, alone, will make a difference. People say organic food is more expensive than the traditional food and they don’t even consider switching to it for that reason, but with a bit of effort and research, you can prepare organic meals easily with the amount of money you would pay for traditional meals. I think it’s worth giving it a shot. Your health is more important than money.
Avoid processed foods for the obvious reasons – It’s processed with chemicals. Most processed foods are high in sugar and high fructose corn syrup. People aren’t putting massive amounts of sugar on top of their coffee or cereal, the unhealthy amounts come from processed foods. They are also loaded with artificial chemicals, including flavorants, texturants, colorants and preservatives.
Switch over to natural brands – Brands of toiletries, toothpastes, antiperspirants, cleaning products, shampoo, cosmetics, air fresheners etc. These days, there are so many alternatives! You just have to do some research and find out which companies use natural ingredients and replace the old products with natural ones. For example, instead of using Airwick as a freshener, you can use essential oils, which smell a lot nicer too.
Drink more water and tea
A glass of water with lemon in the morning re-hydrates the system and promotes digestion, which will help the flow of waste out of your body. Tea is also a great way to facilitate that. Not only is tea full of antioxidants, it hydrates you (especially if it’s herbal) and fills you up,” says Ashley Karr, a research psychologist and wellness coach. “This means you will be less likely to overeat or eat the wrong things!”
Exercise as much as you can – You literally sweat the toxins out of your body. The skin is our largest organ. Often when the other detoxifying organs are compromised, toxins will begin to come through the skin, showing up as acne, rashes, blemishes, pimples or sores. Exercise helps the body’s organs of elimination to function optimally simply by getting them going. Moving the body helps to circulate both blood and lymph. The more they circulate, the more the liver and lymph nodes can do the job of cleansing and purifying the blood and lymph. The digestive system works well and more regularly with consistent exercise. When you exercise you breathe deeply with your lungs. The oxygen that you breathe in travels though the blood to the brain and muscles. The lungs increase their capacity as the heart muscle grows stronger, and they produce and give off carbon dioxide as a waste product of aerobic exercise. The skin is cleansed from the inside out by the cleansing process of perspiration. Many toxins can be eliminated through the skin by sweating.
Following these steps will bring a lot of benefits on the long term and you will feel a big difference once you get rid of accumulated chemicals.
