The Science Behind Orgonite Technology: An Interview With Andrew Paradnik

A few months ago we had the privilege to meet Andrew Paradnik in the Mind, Body, Spirit Festival in London and we couldn’t resist asking him to give us an exclusive interview about Orgonites. Andrew is combining his knowledge of crystals grids with sacred geometry patterns and Orgonites to make functional art that not only cleanses the energy in your environment but also amplifies your intentions. While in the festival I was standing in a place, talking to somebody and I started feeling this energetic “buzz” like I was getting extremely high on energy. I thought somebody was doing and extreme session of Reiki on me, so I stayed with it. But the high was getting more and more intense and I started shaking! I had to turn around and see what was going on. I was surprised to find out that behind me was Andrew’s stall of amazing Orgonites and I could pick up the energy of those marvelous devices from a great distance (The positive thing about being and Empath hey?). The Orgonites called me…

IMG_9821

A lot of rumors are out there about Orgonites in general and Andrew is a true master of the craft so he is the most appropriate person to answer all of the questions one might have.  The below information are directly from his website Orgonites Art.  So…

What is Orgone and Orgonite?

Orgone is another term for Chi, Qi, Prana, Life force. Every living being has a life force of it’s own which can be made visible through aura photography (Kirlian). This energy flows through our chakras, acupuncture points and meridians. Chi is subject to environmental influences such as pollution, emotions, electro-smog from electronic devices like microwave, mobile phones and WiFi which is why Orgonites are so helpful in today’s environment.

Orgonites are devices made from resin, metals and crystals. They absorb negative energy from our aura, personal energy field and surroundings attracting, accumulating and magnifying the Chi, the etheric positive life force energy. The crystals inside the orgonites capture negative energies and transmute these into positive energies creating balance and harmony in the environment.1.00

In the 1930’s and 40’s, a visionary scientist called Dr. Willhem Reich discovered that by layering organic and non-organic material one can accumulate Chi energy which he called Orgone. Reich found that there are two forms of energy, one he named ‘POR’ positive orgone and the other ‘DOR’ deadly orgone. DOR is a disturbed energy that’s generated by electrical machinery, radio towers, nuclear power plants etc. Reich’s orgone accumulators would attract both types of orgone energy indescriminately but he had no control over the output. He located his research lab in a rural area away from deadly orgone so he would not harm his patients, staff and himself with the accumulators. He had much success in treating people with illnesses and so called ‘incurable’ diseases with POR. Sadly Reich was discreddited by the FDA. Most of his work was destroyed and he was imprisoned.

It was later discovered by Don and Carol Croft that they could reproduce a similar orgone accumulator on a much smaller scale using catalyzed organic fibreglass resin with inorganic metal shavings poured into cake moulds. Additionally, they discovered that by adding small quartz crystals to the mixure it would transmute all orgone to a highly beneficial form (POR). Therfore we can say that orgonite with crystals is a continously operating power house that transmutes negatively charged Chi into positively charged Chi creating a pure and clean environment.
The resin in orgonite shrinks during the curing process, permanently squeezing the quartz crystal inside which creates a well-known piezoelectric effect inside the crystal, meaning its end-points become polarized electrically. It is believed this is also what causes the orgonite to function so effectively as a positive energy generator.

This is how the first Orgonite was created. Nowadays, there are multiple ways of creating Orgone accumulating devices.

Andrew makes Orgonite Disks, Amulets, Pendulums…you name it!

Creating an Orgonite

Before I start building an orgonite I decide on which sacred geometry pattern to use. Then I decide a purpose of it, whether this disc will be used as a healing disc, an intention amplifier, grounding disc, ceremonial disc, entity removal disc etc.

According to that, I check which crystals will be the most appropriate. For bigger discs I choose a minimum of 3 separate crystal grids and then through dowsing I check if these crystals will amplify each other and work in harmony.

Andrew in the process of creating an Orgonite disc
Andrew in the process of creating an Orgonite disc.

As a meditator and shamanic practitioner for almost two decades, I go into a meditative state and consult with my guides about how to create and structure the piece I am working on. Only then can I start to work on the orgonite. Starting with the sacred geometry, then the crystals and then all the remaining parts of the disc and finishing off with the 50:50% mix of metals and resin. The discs are built upside down so we never know the final result until the last day of creation. It is the most exciting thing to finally pop it out of the mould and seeing the final result!

IMG_7726

Some of the orgonites have special inclusions like sacred objects, essential oils, shamanic medicines, flower, dolphin and whales essences.

When making customised pieces, I tune into the energy of the receiver and build the orgonite according to the information that I receive from this person. We can build the orgonites with your numerology, your zodiac sign, your preferred choice of colours and crystals. I am happy to discuss and advise your particular requirements. It is always a great pleasure to work in collaboration with customers as these pieces usually turn out to be the most beautiful.

You may have noticed that I rarely make pyramid shapes. This is due to the fact that pyramid shaped orgonites channel the energy upwards. Pyramids or cones function like funnels for the energy where as our orgonites focus on creating a harmonized field of energy in your entire surroundings, not concentrated only in one spot e.g. upwards. I prefer to create pieces that distribute the energy spherical or sideways like my orgone generator discs. We do however, create special spiritual tools that use different type of shapes like pendulums and wands.

Sacred Geometry

3.00
The Flower Of Life

Everything in the universe is geometric whether it’s people, trees, planets, solar systems, stars, atoms etc. And everything can be measured on a geometric scale. It is important to note that creation and evolution follow a pattern of geometry. At the heart of sacred geometry, we have The Flower of Life which over the millenia has been found with almost all cultures around the world. The term sacred geometry explains the geometrical principles which create everything in existence. It explains the laws of the mind, the spirit, matter, sound and the heart. Everything in nature is made up of patterns and structures from the microcosm to the macrocosm and each of these patterns reveals to us the nature of the object and it’s energetic vibration. Sacred geometry deals with ratios like phi (golden ratio), Pi, Fibonacci sequence, the Platonic solids and many more. It can be found in temples, sacred structures, churches and mosques, alters, religious art and religious symbols.

Nautilus Shell
Nautilus Shell

Sacred geometry can be summarized as an understanding of pattern recognition. According to this view, these patterns of existence have been perceived over the ages as sacred and by observing these patterns and contemplating upon them, one can get greater insight into the mysteries and laws of the universe. All forms and shapes in nature grow according to the patterns of sacred geometry. In some it’s easier to see like the nautilus shell or in the hexagonal cells of beehives. It is often found in art and architecture especially when looking at traditional cultures such as the Egyptians, Greek and Roman architecture. Medieval cathedrals and in Hindu and Buddhist spiritual teachings in the form of mandalas and yantras.

10388100_416558521832933_1627323523602527159_n

The most common shapes in sacred geometry are the Flower of Life, the Yin and Yang, Metatron’s Cube, Star Tetrahedron (Merkabah), Platonic Solids, Seed of Life, Tree of Life (Kabbalah) and the Fruit of Life. You can find all of these incorporated in to our orgonites.

We have found that Sacred Geometry not only amplifies the power output of the orgonite, it also balances the chakras, harmonises your field and brings a greater sense of wellbeing and stability.

On a grander scheme of things, personally we use the sacred geometry that is built onto the orgonites to transform the energy (POR) into a hologram in the informational field to manifest our programmed intentions. Simply put, it accelerates and amplifies our intentions.

For a greater understanding of sacred geometry we highly recommend the works of Juliet and Jiva Carter ‘The Template’ and Drunvalo Melchizedek’s book ‘The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life’.

Crystals

At Orgonites Art it is really important to us to treat crystals with all the respect that they deserve. Quite often, crystals are excavated via the method of rock blasting which is traumatic to the crystals as they are living, growing beings with spirit.

When we acquire new crystals we ensure that they are rehabilitated! Our crystals go through several stages before they are placed into the orgonites:

Sunbathing, Reiki healing, saging, laser clearing, sound bath and shamanic clearing. Finally, when they are placed into the orgonites, we test whether those particular crystals will work in harmony together by dowsing or testing with kinesiology.

You can read more about crystals and their uses on Andrew’s website, provided below.

Meet Earth’s Cousin: The Newly Discovered Kepler-452B

As you’re probably well aware, a few hours ago, NASA and SETI announced the discovery of Earth’s “older, bigger cousin”. Called Kepler-452b, it’s the first almost-Earth-sized planet that’s been found in the habitable zone of a star very similar to our Sun, and the Internet is kind of freaking out about it.

During the briefing, the scientists also announced the discovery of 11 other habitable planet candidates, so what’s so special about Kepler-452b? Well, we’re glad you asked, because there’s quite a lot. For starters, this is our best candidate so far for an ‘Earth 2.0’, and it could also be the ideal place to look for extraterrestrial life.

Could Earth's cousin be our first point of contact with ET's?
Could Earth’s cousin be our first point of contact with ET’s?

Here’s everything we know so far:

  • Kepler-452b is orbiting a star called Kepler-452, located 1,400 light-years away in the Cygnus constellation of the Milky Way.
  • The planet is 1.6 times bigger than Earth.
  • Earlier research shows that planets of this size “have a good chance” of being rocky, just like Earth.
  • Kepler-452b is orbiting a G2-type star, like our Sun.
  • The planet is in the habitable zone, which means that it’s far enough away from its sun that its water won’t evaporate, but close enough so that it won’t freeze.
  • A year on Kepler-452b lasts 385 days, so the planet is only 5 percent further from its star than Earth is from the Sun.
  • The planet is likely to have an atmosphere, lots of clouds, and possibly active volcanoes.
  • Its parent star Kepler-452 is 6 billion years old (1.5 billion years older than our Sun).
  • Kepler-452 has the same temperature, and is 20 percent brighter, and 10 percent larger in diameter than our Sun.
  • Because it’s orbiting a larger star, it’s likely to be slightly warmer than Earth.nasa

All of this is pretty damn exciting when you consider the fact that NASA has spent decades searching for a potential new home for humanity, but some of these points are worth highlighting further.

For starters, the fact that Kepler-452b is orbiting a G2-type star is hugely important, because all the other Earth-sized planets that we’ve found so far are orbiting stars that are cooler and smaller than our Sun.

And then there’s the age of its star, which is 1.5 billion years older than our Sun, meaning it’s had a lot longer for any potential life to evolve.

“It’s awe-inspiring to consider that this planet has spent 6 billion years in the habitable zone of its star; longer than Earth,” Kepler’s lead data analyst, John Jenkins, said in a press release. “That’s substantial opportunity for life to arise, should all the necessary ingredients and conditions for life exist on this planet.”Kepler425b

We should step in here and make it clear that we still know very little about Kepler-452b, and have no way of saying for sure whether it’s habitable at this point. The planet was discovered the same way that pretty much all exoplanets are – by the Kepler spacecraft monitoring the slight ‘dip’ in the brightness of its star as it passed in front of it.

This has been followed up with ground-based observations from telescopes in the US, which is why we know so much about the brightness of the planet’s host star, and the potential nature of the planet. The results have been submitted for publication in the Astrophysical Journal.

But given the fact that Kepler-452b 1,400 light-years away, we’re going to need much stronger telescopes than we have right now to actually see the planet, and get some insight into what’s going on there. And fortunately, we’re about to get one that will be perfect for the job – the James Webb Telescope.

The successor to the Hubble Space Telescope is scheduled to launch in October 2018, and will be 100 times more powerful than Hubble, making it capable of seeing events that happened in the Universe 13.5 billion years ago.

During the briefing, NASA explained that it plans to use the telescope to perform an atmospheric analysis of Kepler-452b, providing us with some important information on just how habitable it really is. And we’re so damn excited to see those results.

In the meantime, I guess we should work on figuring out how we might be able to get to our potential new home. Warp drive, anyone?

While we may not yet know enough to say whether Kepler-452b is habitable or not, we’ll leave you with this NASA gif, which perfectly sums up why this news is worth getting a little hyped-up over (hint: the green band signifies the habitable zone).

Personally I can’t help but wonder, if let’s say humanity had another chance (apart from the million previous ones), with the knowledge and technology of today, a “reset” on Earth’s ecosystem, would we make the same mistakes or not? Or would we start afresh to create a new reality where Love and Unity would prevail? Would this new world help us “cure” poverty, hunger, war on a collective level? Would it help us anchor the new paradigm shift?

Let us know in the comment section bellow!

Sun And Blue Star Sirius Stargate: Celestial Resonance Light Code Activation – 6/7 July

HEALING TOOLS – Supporting you every year July – Sept as our Sun & Sirius Dance!
The exact alignment in 2015 is on July 6/7th!

This gift will support you to feel the powerful ascension frequencies, keys and codes pouring down upon us at this time July – September, from the stargate of the Blue Star Sirius – as a portal opens due to the Sun Conjuncts Sirius Alignment, which is an annual Dance!  It will allow you to clear and open to receive these powerful frequencies, in order to shift your frequency higher!  To further enhance your connection to the unified field of all creation and the realisation of your God self and Oneness.

The Sumerians, Ancient Egyptians, Babylonians, Ancient Greeks, American Indians, The Dogon Tribe of Africa and many more cultures have observed, honored and revered the movement of Sirius and this particular annual alignment.  In Sumeria and Ancient Egypt – this time was very important, the conjunction marked the beginning of the calendar year and signaled the Annual rise of the River Nile. The Great Pyramid of Giza was built in perfect alignment with Sirius.  At the exact peak of the annual Sun/Sirius Conjunction the Egyptian Star Priestesses/Priests would conduct sacred ceremony, directing the powerful starry ascension codes to initiates in order to facilitate their en’light’enment and spiritual growth!

This annual alignment  is a personal annual favourite for me – it comes with a certain amount of euphoria, a huge energy boost, always gives me a huge upgrade (along with a few lightbody symptoms).

New Moon Manifestation Ceremony

The new moon is the birthing cycle of the moon’s various phases. Are you ready to attract your heartfelt longings by doing a moon ritual focused on manifestation?

The new moon phase is an optimal time for planning and seeding your intentions. Seedlings need a period of gestation before they break through the soil and reach for the sunlight. This is also true for our cultivating our ideas and clearing the way for our visions to surface in reality. The dark side of the moon, with its mysterious unseen forces, offers a nurturing environment where our intentions can establish roots before their miraculous manifestations begin to sprout and reach out to the stars.

Moon Ritual for Birthing Your Wishes and Desires

Begin by setting aside a few minutes each month during the new moon phase to focus on your wishes. This will help give you clarity of mind and fill your heart with promise. When it comes to setting goals or planning ahead for your future there is no better time to get started than during the new moon. Any intentions stated or written down also carries power, so please take care in considering those things that you truly want. The saying “Be careful what you ask for, you just might get it.”is fair warning whenever setting your new moon intentions into motion. But, no worries. The moon has its phases and so do our individual wants and needs. This is why it is a good practice to rededicate your list of intentions each month when another new moon cycle returns for a visit.

Prep for Upcoming New Moon Manifestation
  1. Check a moon phase calendar for the next upcoming new moon.
  1. Set aside 20-30 minutes to do the ritual itself.
  2. Supply suggestions:
    • notebooks
    • pen and colored markers
    • scissors
    • scotch tape
    • candle
    • matches
    • incense
    • smudge sticks
    • meditation CDs
  3. Prepare yourself a sacred space where your will perform the ceremony when the new moon arrives.
Setting your New Moon Intentions in Motion
  1. Cleanse your sacred area with an opening prayer, a sage smudging, and/or by burning some incense.
  2. Light one or more candles.
  3. Center your being and calm yourself in whatever way is appropriate for you. Take some deep cleansing breaths, slip in a meditation CD to listen to, and/or leisurely sip on a cup of relaxing herbal tea.
  4. Open your notebook, and date the first page. Write down these words “I accept these things into my life now or something better for my highest good and for the highest good of all concerned.” or something similar. Below your affirmation statement, begin writing down your desires. Your list may consist of a single item or you may have several pages listing multiple items. Try not to limit yourself. If having many things in your life helps to fulfill you then don’t deny yourself wanting these things.
  5. During the month when an item on your new moon list comes to you no not merely cross it off of your list. Take the time to rewrite the list in its entirety eliminating the manifested item from the listing. Revising your master list in this way is highly recommended. At the same time you may add whatever else that you have decided you would like. Feel free to reword any of the original phrases to better suit your life now. It is natural that your desires will change as time advances.
  6. A second notebook will be used as a manifestation scrapbook where you can paste in pictures or catalog clippings of items that you are wanting to manifest. Creating manifesting scrapbooks or vision boards is a fun project to undertake, enjoy yourself! You will soon be amazed how these things begin to find their way into your life once you start this process.

If our thoughts shape our reality, can you project your wishes and desires to manifest?
If our thoughts shape our reality, can you project your wishes and desires to manifest?
Rededicating your New Moon Intentions

Each month at the new moon rededicate your intentions by renewing your list at a repeated ritual. This is accomplished by rewriting your list out using a fresh sheet of paper. Please don’t get in the habit of simply scratching out the items you no longer desire and simply adding the new stuff to the bottom of your old list. You don’t want clutter and sloppiness energies messing up the path meant to deliver new stuff into your life do you? Disregard any items that no longer feed your soul and add new things which will.

It is helpful to salt and pepper your manifest list with smaller items that will manifest quickly, such as tickets to the ballet, lunch with a friend, or a day at the spa. You may think that smaller things are too trivial to put on your intention list… Wrong! Things that tend to manifest with less effort still deserve to be written down. Write down everything that you desire, no matter how little or simple. If it is something that makes you happy, write it down. Manifesting smaller items on our lists actually creates a steady flow of chi giving your list a boost. These smaller manifestations create movement, allowing an ebb and flow of the tides. We are dealing here with the moon cycles after all. Besides, sometimes we forget to appreciate the smaller pleasures in our lives while we are waiting for the BIG stuff to come in. If you only write statements like, “I want to win the lottery” in your notebook then you are limiting yourself by not allowing abundance to flow to you from a multitude of avenues.

The Power Of Intention: Four Steps For Setting An Intention

It’s time to change the way we think and speak about our dreams. Transforming a conversation, just like manifesting a dream, begins by setting an intention. Your intentions will assist you in taking greater control of your life.

A working definition for intention is: “to have in mind a purpose or plan, to direct the mind, to aim.” Lacking intention, we sometimes stray without meaning or direction. But with it, all the forces of the universe can align to make even the most impossible, possible.

My intention is to transform the conversation around dreams from fear and doubt, to hope and possibility, followed by action and results.

Some might say this is not the right time to dream. The media and masses say, “It’s time to be realistic.” Consider this. Without our dreams all we have is our present reality. Reality is not a bad thing. We have to know where we are so we can design the appropriate strategy for getting to where we want to be. The challenge is our attitude around “reality” and being “realistic” and what being realistic has cost us. Often that’s our passion and joy, our hopes and dreams.

Our Intentions Create Our Reality.
Our Intentions Create Our Reality.

Given the unknowns and sometimes craziness of life, there’s never been a more important time to dream and setting your intention is the first step. When should you set an intention? You could set an intention every day. Your intention could be to work less and make more, or to find a new career that you are passionate about. It could be to get healthy and physically fit, or to spend more quality time with loved ones or alone.

It can be specific and about something in particular or more like a quality, such as to be more relaxed or involved with life.

At seventy, Bessie set an intention to become a world famous photographer. Although many thought she was too old, she didn’t. She entered a photo contest where she won the first prize of $10,000. Her prize-winning photo toured around the world with a Kodak exhibit. She told me, “We’re never too old to make a dream come true.”

People set intentions on all kinds of dreams; to get married or have children, to get a job or make a career change, to write a book, lose weight, or move to a foreign country. When you set an intention and then act on it to demonstrate your commitment, amazing things occur. Intention can also give us fortitude for dealing with tough times. I am currently rebuilding my home. I simply wanted to add on a new bathroom, but with all the surprises an old (and charming) house can offer, every turn has been a shock, sometimes even a nightmare. It looks like the entire building may need to be rebuilt. My intention is to live through this process with dignity and grace. I am tested daily. It’s often not easy, but this intention has helped me maintain composure, sanity, and on a good day, a sense of humor. Intention can be used for community or social issues, global events or (literally) in your own backyard.

For example:

  • Before you get out of bed, you can intend to have a fun or productive day.
  • Before you leave the house, you can intend to have quality time with your family or roommate.
  • Before you start your car, you can intend to have a safe ride to work.
  • Before you enter your workplace, you can intend to learn something new or be helpful.
  • Before the meeting begins, you can intend to be brilliant or calm.

Four Intentional Steps:

1. Get clear about something you want and write it down.

2. Share your intention with someone in a way that will supportively hold you accountable to taking action.

3. Do something today to demonstrate your commitment to your intention.

4. Acknowledge that you did what you said you would and then, take the next step.

By setting an intention, you make it clear to yourself and others, just what you plan to do. Set an intention to redefine what it means to be serious about your dreams.

Deva Premal: The Voice Of Bliss

Deva Premal (born 2 April 1970 in Nürnberg, Germany) is a musician known for her meditative spiritual New Age music, which puts ancient Buddhist and Sanskrit mantras—as well as chants in other languages—into atmospheric contemporary settings.

Biography

Premal met her partner in life and music, Miten, at the Osho ashram in Pune, India in 1990, where she was studying reflexology, shiatsu, cranio-sacral therapy, and massage. They have been touring together since 1992, offering concerts and chant workshops worldwide.

Best known for her top-selling chant CDs, Premal is a classically trained musician who grew up singing mantras in a German home permeated with Eastern Spirituality. Her albums have topped the New Age charts throughout the world since her first release, The Essence (1998), which features the “Gayatri Mantra.” Premal and Miten’s record company, Prabhu Music, reports sales of over 900,000 albums.

Deva Premal began her journey with mantra in her mother’s womb, as her father chanted the “Gayatri Mantra”—one of the most sacred mantras of Sanatana Dharma—to her daily. The mantra continued to be her bedtime lullaby after she was born. Many years later, she heard a friend singing the Gayatri and was inspired to put together an album highlighting its sacredness. Premal and Miten recorded The Essence (1998) in her mother’s apartment in Germany, where she was born and where she first heard the Gayartri mantra.

Deva Premal brought this journey with the Gayatri Mantra full circle in July 2005, when she and Miten chanted it for her father as he was dying; “We kept singing for what must have been over half an hour, when suddenly the monitor showed that he was about to leave. I continued to sing, and the last sound he heard as he passed on was his beloved “Gayatri Mantra.” Finally we ended with the mantra Om and the circle was complete. He had welcomed me onto this planet with the “Gayatri,” and I accompanied him out of this physical existence with it. What a blessing this was for me! It was the first time that I was present at a death, and to be at my father’s is a memory I will cherish all my life.”

In an interview with Sam Slovik of LA Yoga Magazine, Deva Premal discussed the potent effect many notice when chanting mantras:

“The meaning is secondary. The word table is not the table…with Sanskrit, the word ananda is the sound vibration of bliss. In sound the energy of bliss. We have to say bliss; we have to make it smaller by putting it into an English word. Just the sound; ananda, If we were sensitive enough, we’d just feel the entire scope of that energy that’s contained in this sound… It’s working on a cellular level. It’s much deeper than the mind. It’s not a language that you need to understand the meaning of before you use it. It’s a deep Universal sound code that connects us all.”

Deva Premal’s chants have been used in a wide variety of settings in recent years. Cher featured Premal’s version of the “Gayatri Mantra” on her Farewell Tour and Russian Prima Ballerina Diana Vishneva danced to Deva Premal’s “Gayatri” in Moses Pendleton’s F.L.O.W. series. Actor/director Edward James Olmos is said to have handed out copies of Premal’s “Gayatri Mantra” to the entire cast and crew of Battlestar Galactica, as well as citing her music as a source of inspiration in preparing his role as Commander Adama in the series. Mr. Olmos also used “Om Hraum Mitraya” from Deva’s album Dakshina (2005) to close his HBO movie Walkout.

Deva Premal and Miten performed for The Dalai Lama during a 2002 Conference in Munich, Germany on “Unity in Duality,” which brought top figures from the scientific community together with members of the Buddhist community. They gave a concert for the full conference, and were also invited to sing for the Dalai Lama at a small pre-conference gathering. They had heard that the Dalai Lama’s favorite mantra was the Tara Mantra, dedicated to the Green Tara of Compassion, and that he had asked for it be chanted recently when he was ill, and so they chanted it for him.

Deva Premal’s release, Tibetan Mantras for Precarious Times (2010), was recorded with the Gyuto Monks of Tibet (who are known for their tradition of overtone singing, also described as “chordal chanting”) and was created as a support for mantra meditation practice, featuring eight mantras chanted 108 times each. It is a benefit CD, with all proceeds going to the Gyuto Monastery in Dharmsala, India, the Phowa Project, and Veggiyana.

Creative Method

Deva Premal and Miten use a process of “natural selection” to choose the mantras on their albums. Premal has said she gravitates toward Sanskrit mantras, rather than mantras from other languages. She says that, for her, removing her ego from her understanding of the mantra allows the creative process to express the true meaning of the mantra.

The purpose of her work was explained: “Our objective is to be open to the Goddess of music – to be true to ourselves, as musicians, as ‘teachers;’ as partners, and ultimately, as individuals – fellow travellers. We accomplish this by not ‘trying’ to accomplish anything. We take very little credit for what is happening around our so-called success (we have sold over a million albums now!) – we see our selves as messengers of a 5,000 year old tradition…so, our part in the process is simply to show up and chant.”

Native American Healing Traditions: Tools And Healing Practices

Many healing practices and spiritual ceremonies that are being practiced today by healing practitioners and metaphysical groups have been adopted from traditions that originated from various Native American tribes. History indicates that each tribe would have one or more elders who were groomed in the healing arts. These individuals would serve as herbalists, healers, and spirit communicators. The duties and types of healing arts and spiritual ceremonies performed would naturally vary from tribe to tribe.

Tribal Leaders Disapprove of Shamanism Workshops

Today’s tribal leaders often frown on terms such as Shamanism, Shaman, and even Medicine Man being used so freely to lure students to learn Native American practices. Disapproval is warranted when seminars and workshops commercially touted as “Native Shamanism” are not purely traditional teachings, but are a packaged blend of studies which include bits of Native American ceremonies along with Wiccan spells, New Age spirituality, and Eastern medicine.

Native American Tools and Traditions

  • Animal Totems: The appearance of birds and animals, either in reality or dreamtime, are considered to be totem messengers offering spiritual guidance. Below you can find some animal totems that correspond to each Astrological sign but of course that is just a small part of Spirit Animals and Animal Totems. Each animal can be a totem and they all have different meanings and lessons to teach. Here are some information on how to find your Spirit Animal Guide.native-american-zodiac-chart
  • Sweat Lodges: The Native American sweat lodge or purification ritual cleans and heals the body, mind, and spirit.sweatlodge
  • Dreamcatchers: The earliest dreamcatchers (sacred hoops) were crafted for children to protect them from nightmares.Native-American-630x390
  • Feather Fetishes: Fetishes are sacred objects used as a tool to facilitate an awakening into your whole self, used in prayer, or utilized for protection and healing.sf832-turkey-monroe
  • Prayer Ties: Prayer ties are offered to The Great Spirit in exchange for blessings.img_1498
  • Smudge Sticks: Using a smoking smudge wand for purification is part of many Native American traditions.3252225_orig
  • Ceremonial Peace Pipes: The Native American pipe is smoked in a ceremonial or ritual to call upon the four elements and give an offering to the Great Spirit.indian-boy-peace-pipe
  • Curanderismo: Blending and evolution of Native and Hispanic healing techniques involving herbs, sweats, diet, and magick.1a40b5d77f7239d0eb46b57761e33000
  • Medicine Wheels: Each direction of the medicine wheel offers its own lessons, color association, and animal spirit guide. There are a lot of interpretations and traditions from tribe to tribe but here are 2 to get you started. b22bfc0f7d5e5ff46f9eebfcee160481 medicine_wheel
  • Talking Sticks: Passing the talking stick from speaker to speaker is a respectful way to communicate and share opinions. This tradition is especially helpful in keeping disagreements from getting out of hand.b1c4252cfbef7a94928e9dc1f3aca1d4

Native American Tribes and Aboriginal Tribes as well have a lot of wisdom to offer to this modern world as they lived in peace with Mother Nature, fully harmonized with her power and nurturing qualities, respecting Her and of course living by a code of great Honor and Ethos. They lived in small communities, totally “off-grid” and should be an example to the humanity. Personally I feel very drawn to this culture, maybe a past lifetime as a Shaman?

Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu: The Mantra Of Oneness

How many times have you taken someone else’s negative personality or rude behavior?  It’s so easy to get wrapped up in our own worlds, our own issues and forget that other people are fighting their own battles. This week, commit to serving the overall happiness and freedom in your community to committing to the mantra.  This week when other people get you down, instead of wishing negativity onto them, recite this mantra. By being a being of light, you are not only living in positivity, you are improving your karma and vibe. This is considered to be the mantra of Oneness.

“Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu” roughly translates to:

“May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.”

Let’s dissect the mantra:

Lokah: People or universe                                                                       Samastah: All beings living in the same location                   Sukhino: Free from suffering, centered in happiness                          Bhav: The state of unified existence or the divine mood                 Antu: May it be so, it must be so

In the expansiveness of this mantra – we all become one.  As we chant and our hearts expand, we contain and collapse into the heart of the Universe.  One rhythm that is breathtaking in its simplicity.

This mantra also calls us to look mindfully at our thoughts, words and actions.  Are we truly contributing to the happiness of all beings?  What does that look like in our lives and how can we expand it with love?

The 50 Primary Universal Laws And How To Work With Them

We have all heard about Universal Laws/ Laws of Nature/ Cosmic Laws/ whatever-you-want-to-call-them and the importance and impact they have in our lives, no matter if somebody is “spiritual” or not. What are these “laws”? How many are there? How do they work? Can we use them with good intention to achieve a higher state of Consciousness and Unity? The answer is YES!

A one-hour exploration of the 50 Primary Universal Laws.
The Universe is perfectly balanced by natural and moral laws. When you work with the laws, you can be assured of an eventual positive outcome. When the laws are transgressed, you can be assured of suffering, whose only purpose is to teach you a better way. The awareness of this MP3 is actually a complete metaphysical system. An awareness of these universal laws can be powerful self-help, or the basis of counseling your family, friends or clients.

Consciously Harmonizing With Universal Laws Only Requires 5 Simple and Profoundly Empowering Steps

All that’s required of you is simply a matter of “doing” 5 simple yet extremely powerful and creative steps and Universal Laws take over and provide the rest.

You don’t have to know how Universal Laws work or for that matter even be aware that they exist. They are ALWAYS working every second of every minute of every day whether you are “consciously aware” of it or not. But of course it is much better if you have the knowledge base and the wisdom to use them.

Ok…so what are those 5 steps?

1) Hold a “conscious intention” of the thing desired

2) Focus on it’s “realness” as an already existing fact

3) Think, speak and act as if you already have it

4) Take “inspired action” as the ways and means to make it a “tangible reality” show up.

5) Detach and Allow the perfection and simplicity of the process to provide the “desired outcome.”

Remember to use your Intuition and Discernment and realize what resonates with you as there is no standard formula “one-size-fits-all”.

Using Sound To Refresh & Restore Energy In Your Body & Your Home:Tutorial By Denise Linn

Have you ever entered a home where you immediately felt light and uplifted? Or have you had the experience of walking into a room where the very atmosphere left you feeling depleted and drained? Have you noticed how a room feels after an argument has taken place? Did you sense the tension and heaviness there?

All of these responses can be explained in terms of the energy of environments. Every space has energy. Your home is not only a composite of materials assembled for shelter, but also every cubic centimeter of it – whether solid or seemingly empty space – is composed of infinite flows of energy.
When you enter a space that makes you immediately feel light and uplifted or walk into a room where the atmosphere leaves you feeling depleted and drained, you are responding to the energy of the environment. Sometimes energy in a home or office can become stagnant and dull. When this is the case, you may feel tired and listless or become agitated and angry.

When you cleanse and purify the energy in your home, it becomes a sanctuary – a retreat from the discord of the world, a place of refuge and protection. It becomes an anchoring point from which you venture out into the world and as well as being a welcoming abode for your return. A home that has been cleansed and blessed is a home that is safe to be yourself, a place to embrace your joy, and explore your pain. Space clearing can turn every inch of a home into a sanctuary of sacred space that nurtures the soul.

About Your Chi

Where intention goes, energy flows. The more chi (inner energy) you have, the more powerful your space clearing will be. When your chi is flowing, you can project your intention into a space magnificently and gracefully.

An exercise to activate this unseen, yet very real inner life force is to imagine that you have a ball of energy in your hands. Slowly move this energy ball around. After a while you should feel an increasing sensation in your palms. This is your chi increasing. A visualization to project your will into a space is to imagine that your body is a sacred vessel through which vast, loving energies of the universe are pouring through your hands and into your home.

Using Mudras to Dispel and Activate Emotions

Using mudras is one of the ways to shift the energy in your home by dispelling or activating certain emotions. Traditionally, mudras, which mean “seals” or “signs” in Sanskrit, are devotional hand gestures used in many cultures across the world for a variety of purposes, including healing, yoga and martial arts. They were used to deepen the energy of an individual and used to bless and seal the energy in a room. Today, we use mudras to implant and seal healing qualities into a living space. Mudras work well in space clearing because through them you can channel energy flows of the universe through your fluid movements in a powerful way because you are using your body as the tool. Just as mudras are used to align elements and energy within the body, they can be used to do the same in a space. Combining these specific body movements and gestures with essential oils creates powerful shifts of energy in any space. You can also use these mudras to release or activate an emotion or a pattern of energy.

What You Must Do Before A Space Clearing

It is essential that you become very certain about what you hope to accomplish in a dwelling and that you:

• Get rid of piles of magazines you will never read.
• Transplant or throw out plants that are dying or dead.
• Repair or toss anything that has been broken for a long time or has parts missing.
• Do a thorough cleaning.
• Vacuum the rugs, mop the floors, wash the windows.
• Open the windows wide to allow sunshine and fresh air to fill your home.

All of this will contribute to making your space clearing more potent.
Deep within each of us is a longing for home. We yearn for a place of comfort where we can be ourselves, where we can realize our dreams. Make your home a sanctuary of soothing abundance and health by using the wisdom and techniques of ancient civilizations and cultures all over the world.
